This article shows that the current Galileo system design incorporates the necessary flexibility to accommodate a range of service objectives. The system includes specific features, including local augmentations designed to allow the adaptation of the integrity service to the evolution of requirements without compromising on the safety and security one might say on the integrity of the integrity system.
