Son domaine portuaire est sa principale ressource après les recettes de droits de port. Pour aider à sa gestion, il se doit de posséder les meilleurs outils pour valoriser ce patrimoine. Ce stage marque ainsi la relance du Système d'Information Géographique du Port, en sommeil depuis plusieurs années. Après avoir effectué la synthèse des besoins SIG des services domaniaux et avancé un certain nombre de propositions d'amélioration, j'ai pu participer avec l'aide de l'administrateur SIG et des dessinateurs à la mise en place d'un SIG Domanial. Ce dernier permet aujourd'hui de consulter l'ensemble des occupations temporaires en cours sur le domaine portuaire mais d'autres applicatifs sont d'ores et déjà à l'étude. L'intérêt des services pour cet outil est grandissant, la direction du Port envisageant même d'ouvrir ce SIG vers l'extérieur. Note de contenu : INTRODUCTION

[Termes IGN] système d'information géographiqueIndex. décimale : MASIG Ex mastère spécialisé Architecture des SIG Résumé : (Auteur) C'est avec la signature du ROSE (Réseau d'observation statistique de l'énergie et des émissions de gaz à effet de serre en Île-de-France), le 16 mai 2008, que la région Ile-de-France a lancé ses premières assises régionales de l'énergie. Cela a notamment été l'occasion de faire le bilan de la politique énergétique et de dessiner les futures orientations de la région la plus peuplée et la plus énergivore de France. Composé de 12 partenaires (ADEME, ARENE, CRCI, DRIRE, GDF, EDF, AIRPARIF, SIPPEREC, SIGEIF, STIF, conseil régional et IAU), le réseau ROSE entretient une relation plus ou moins forte avec le domaine de l'énergie. Véritable observatoire régional de l'énergie, le ROSE traduit la volonté de ses différents partenaires de se doter d'un instrument spécifique de connaissance, d'appui, de suivi et d'évaluation des actions menées en matière de maîtrise de l'énergie et de développement des énergies renouvelables. L'objectif premier est en effet de rassembler, de consolider, de traiter et de diffuser les informations et les données nécessaires à l'élaboration des bilans locaux et régionaux en matière d'énergie. Afin de répondre à ces besoins, l'IAU (Institut d'Aménagement et d'Urbanisme) a proposé la réalisation d'un SIG servant de façade visible au ROSE. Cet outil indispensable à chacun des membres doit être utilisable par tous. Une première ébauche a été présentée le 6 octobre 2008 lors de la dernière réunion en date du ROSE. Le présent rapport expose le travail réalisé pendant six mois sur le projet ROSE, ainsi que les perspectives d'avenir de ce dernier. Il s'articule en 3 phases qui s'inscrivent chacune dans de grandes étapes de la mise en place du SIG ROSE.
