[Termes IGN] tachéomètre électroniqueRésumé : (Auteur) Total stations combined with digital cameras make a powerful instrument to meet present urgent geodata needs. The CAP (Computer Assisted Photogrammetry) system, which is currently prototype, offers a simple, low-cost and rapid solution for the surveyor practice. The system provides a control-point-free solution and can easily be integrated into everyday surveying activities. It can be used for applications such as general, hazardous, accident and archeological site surveys, as well as, 3D GIS, civil engineering applications, industrial applications and wood piles volumetry. Because manufacturers have already started to produce such systems, these will soon find their place in the surveying community. Absolute gravimetry was introduced into the WYEPEA gravity control in 1990, within the frame of a cooperation project between the Institute of Seismology, State Seismological Bureau (ISSSB), Wuhan, and the Institut für Erdmessung (IfE), University of Hannover, Germany. Three observation campaigns were performed (1990, 1992, 1995) employing the JILAG-3 absolute gravity meter of IfE. Six absolute stations have been established in the area, and additional absolute measurements were carried out in the reference stations Beijing, Wuhan, and Kunming. Relative gravity measurements between the absolute stations served for an independent control and connect the existing GPS control network to the gravity net. In addition, a micro gravity net and a vertical gravity gradient line have been established and remeasured, in order to study local gravity variations at selected fault zones.
The accuracy of the absolute gravity results is estimated to ±0.05 µms- while the repeatability is slightly better. In the local systems a relative accuracy of ±0.01 ... 0.03 µms- has been achieved. Large-scale gravity variations with time could not be detected between 1990 and 1995, but local changes due to groundwater-table variations or seismic activity may reach 0.1µms-. In the local systems small gravity changes have been found, with a certain correlation to tectonic structures.
The report presents the final results of the project, especially station descriptions and gravity values for the epochs 1990, 1992, and 1995. It thus will serve as a basis for future gravity campaigns, and analyzing gravity changes which might be detected then.Numéro de notice : 57511 Affiliation des auteurs : non IGN Thématique : POSITIONNEMENT Nature : Monographie Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=60224 Réservation

[Termes IGN] télémètre laser aéroporté
[Termes IGN] télémétrie laser aéroportéRésumé : (Auteur) An experiment has been conducted with the Wide Angle Airborne Laser Ranging System (WA-ALRS) in May 1998 over the ancient air base of Crucey, France. A flat area of~1.2xl.2 km around the airstrips has been specially equipped with a network of 8X8 CCRs. The ranging system was operated from the Avion de Recherche Atmosphérique et de Télédétection (ARAT), the French research aircraft for remote sensing of the CNES. Due to the small horizontal separation between the CCRs (about 150 m) it was expected that the return echoes were strongly overlapped. For this reason a revised version of the photodetector / amplifier stage has been used, with a shortened response time. Additionally, a relatively low flight path has been retained. Data have been collected during two 4-hour flights, of which 6,000 actual laser shots came out. The single-shot ranging accuracy was of 1-5 cm which should achieve a final positioning precision of 2-3 mm in the vertical. Data are currently being processed and seem to be able to confirm this prediction.
