[Termes IGN] ruissellementIndex. décimale : THESE Thèses et HDR Résumé : (auteur) Les travaux présentés dans ce mémoire traitent du problème de la modélisation des contraintes et de l'interaction système-utilisateurs pour la résolution de problèmes complexes et sur-contraints. La satisfaction des contraintes des décideurs constitue un élément fondamental dans tout processus de décision, contraint la marge de manœuvre du système et la qualité de la réponse pouvant être apportée au problème étudié. Cependant, il semble que cet aspect soit peu défini, manque de modélisation et de fondements génériques de traitement et de gestion. L'intérêt reste souvent porté sur la démarche et les techniques de résolution plutôt que sur la modélisation du problème lui-même. Ce travail se focalise sur ce besoin de modélisation. Nous proposons une nouvelle démarche interactive de progression dans la résolution des problèmes d'optimisation sous contraintes, notamment en intégrant les décideurs dans la définition de leurs contraintes et dans la prise de décision finale afin de les aider à décider au lieu de décider à leur place. L'approche développée a été appliquée pour l'optimisation des assolements dans la prévention des risques de ruissellement touchant les territoires agricoles. Les simulations ont été effectuées sur le territoire du Pays de Caux au nord-ouest de la France. Note de contenu : Introduction générale

[Termes IGN] système d'information géographiqueIndex. décimale : MPRO Projet SIG-carto des ingénieurs 2e année jusqu'en 2008 Résumé : (Auteur) Ce stage fut réalisé au sein du Pôle Cindynique de l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris du 1er juin au 31 août 2004. L'objectif du stage était de réaliser un prototype exploratoire de SIG sur Internet, qui permettrait aux professionnels de l'Assurance de consulter et visualiser toute une série de données pour chaque commune française. Une brève approche thématique fut réalisée pour apprécier au mieux le sujet du projet, comprendre les attentes des futurs utilisateurs et appréhender plus justement la nature des données initiales. Les professionnels de l'Assurance veulent accéder à de l'information géographique traduite par une composante cartographique qui permet de visualiser les caractéristiques d'une commune et celles de son environnement. Afin que ce prototype devienne une application opérationnelle, certaines fonctionnalités techniques sont indispensables. La diffusion sur Internet de l'application semble aussi nécessaire pour permettre aux utilisateurs disséminés sur le territoire de la consulter. Une étude des solutions techniques existantes sur le marché permit de classer et comparer les différentes technologies disponibles. Le classement typologique réalisé souligna l'importance de certains paramètres, techniques ou financiers, des différentes solutions possibles. Cette série de paramètres guida notre choix de solution, pour le développement de notre application, vers le logiciel open source MapServer. Le développement débuta par la configuration et l'installation des différents logiciels utilisés pour établir complètement la structure de l'application. Puis une série de traitements sur les données initiales fut effectuée, afin que celles-ci soient optimisées et accessibles au maximum. L'implémentation des scripts de l'application amena ensuite son lot de problèmes et difficultés. L'application développée est finalement opérationnelle et en ligne sur Internet. Des améliorations, évolutions ou perspectives de diversifications sont également envisageables pour rendre cette application encore plus performante et complète.
