[Termes IGN] trafic urbainIndex. décimale : PROJET Mémoires : Rapports de projet - stage des ingénieurs de 2e année Résumé : (auteur) Dans le cadre du développement de la ville intelligente dans la Principauté de Monaco, les systèmes d’informations géographiques (SIG) à la fois 2D et 3D sont en plein essor. Au sein du Corps des Sapeurs-Pompiers, ils permettent de centraliser les informations utiles aux secours, que ce soit en amont avec la prévention des risques, notamment pour les lieux touristiques et de concentration de population, mais aussi pour éviter les sur-accidents pendant les interventions. De plus, afin d’optimiser le départ des secours, un nouveau système d’alerte incluant le calcul d’itinéraires est actuellement en développement. Pour cela, un graphe routier, établi conjointement entre les Sapeurs-Pompiers et le gouvernement de Monaco à partir d’une base de données des voies de circulation de la Principauté, servira de référence. Son exhaustivité et sa précision permettront également d’analyser la mobilité sur le secteur d’intervention et de répondre à des problématiques Sapeurs-Pompiers opérationnelles. Although the realistic traffic simulation plays an important role, it has not received enough attention. This thesis is devoted to studying the traffic simulation in microscopic level, and proposes corresponding vehicular mobility models. Using deep learning methods, these mobility models have been proven with a promising credibility to represent the vehicles in real-world. Firstly, a data-driven neural network based mobility model is proposed. This model comes from real-world trajectory data and allows mimicking local vehicle behaviors. By analyzing the performance of this basic learning based mobility model, we indicate that an improvement is possible and we propose its specification. An HMM is then introduced. The preparation of this integration is necessary, which includes an examination of traditional dynamics based mobility models and the adaptation method of “classical” models to our situation. At last, the enhanced model is presented, and a sophisticated scenario simulation is built with it to validate the theoretical results. The performance of our mobility model is promising and implementation issues have also been discussed. Note de contenu : 1- Introduction

However, no hyperspectral-unmixing based studies have been conducted to automatically detect photovoltaic panels, which represent one of the important components of energy systems in such areas. In this paper, a hyperspectral-unmixing based method is proposed to detect photovoltaic panels and to estimate their areas. This approach is based on an original multiplicative nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) algorithm with some known photovoltaic panel spectra. The proposed method can be considered as a partial/informed NMF approach. Experiments are conducted on realistic synthetic and real data to evaluate the performance of the proposed approach. In both cases, obtained results show that the proposed method yields much better overall performance than a method from the literature. [Termes IGN] villeRésumé : (auteur) As Floating Car Data are becoming increasingly available, in recent years many research works focused on leveraging them to infer road map geometry, topology and attributes. In this paper, we present an algorithm, relying on supervised learning to detect and localize traffic signals based on the spatial distribution of vehicle stop points. Our main contribution is to provide a single framework to address both problems. The proposed method has been experimented with a one-month dataset of real-world GPS traces, collected on the road network of Mitaka (Japan). The results show that this method provides accurate results in terms of localization and performs advantageously compared to the OpenStreetMap database in exhaustivity. Among many potential applications, the output predictions may be used as a prior map and/or combined with other sources of data to guide autonomous vehicles. occupation of many infrastructures for water, storm-water, sewer, electricity, gas, etc. Urban and ecological problems can be faced thanks to them. However, they are difficult to manage because of the impossibility of seeing them. The location of existing infrastructures is a necessity for controlling their development. Converting from CAD to GIS may improve the CAD drawings with spatial information and attributes and allows a better accessibility, accuracy and performance [Warner, 2013]. The Geographic Information System (GIS) implementation process for municipalities can be very complex, expensive, and time consuming, depending on the knowledge of municipalities. Maps of underground infrastructure systems are mainly stored in paper or CAD format and many cities and organizations around the world are putting significant efforts into converting those maps into GIS format. However, most of these efforts are uncoordinated and a formal protocol is missing to deal with GIS map update and version control. During this internship, it was asked to survey current practices in the world and develop a formal protocol to convert and manage GIS maps of underground infrastructure systems. The project required a technical expertise (to account for the potentials and limits of GIS) and specific knowledge about underground infrastructure systems. I had to survey current efforts in the world to convert and manage underground maps mainly thanks to a survey of municipalities and through online searches. Then developed a formal protocol illustrated by a general flowchart that should offer a streamlined strategy to ensure effective conversion from CAD to GIS and allows a better data management. The project resulted in a scientific publication. These works allowed me to develop GIS, Python, communication and writing skills in English.Note de contenu : Introduction
