[Termes IGN] temps réelRésumé : (auteur) As a result of the Real-Time IGS Pilot Project (RT-IGS) and the EUREF Real-Time Analysis Project (EUREF-RT), real-time GNSS satellite orbit and clock corrections to broadcast ephemeris, the so-called real-time broadcast corrections (BC), have become available for the application in precise point positioning (PPP). The realtime BCs are currently available in global as well as in regional reference frames. In this contribution the PPP usage and performances of these global and regional BCs are analysed for the Australian continent. We identify the limitations of the current regional BCs, which results in scale-induced biases, and show how they can be improved. We also present an alternative, more user friendly, approach for regional BCs. It provides PPP users with simple means to correct for the biases of the regional approach. Note de contenu : 1 Introduction

[Termes IGN] TasmanieRésumé : (Auteur) Recent technological advances in the field of radar remote sensing have allowed the deployment of an increasing number of new satellite sensors. These provide an important source of Earth observation data, which add to the currently existing optical data sets. In parallel, the development of robust methods for global forest monitoring and mapping is becoming increasingly important. As a consequence, there is significant interest in the development of global monitoring systems that are able to take advantage of the potential synergies and complementary nature of optical and radar data. This paper proposes an approach for the combined processing of Landsat and ALOS-PALSAR data for the purpose of forest mapping and monitoring. This is achieved by incorporating the PALSAR data into an existing operational Landsat-based processing system. Using a directed discriminant technique, a probability map of forest presence/absence is first generated from the PALSAR imagery. This SAR classification data is then combined with a time series of similar Landsat-based maps within a Bayesian multitemporal processing framework, leading to the production of a time series of joint radar-optical maps of forest extents. This approach is applied and evaluated over a pilot study area in northeastern Tasmania, Australia. Experimental outcomes of the proposed joint processing framework are provided, demonstrating its potential for the integration of different types of remote sensing data for forest monitoring purposes. [Termes IGN] semis de pointsRésumé : (auteur) The LIBRJMCMC is an open source C++ library that solves optimization problems using a stochastic framework. The library is primarily intended for but not limited to research purposes in computer vision, photogrammetry and remote sensing, as it has initially been developed in the context of extracting building footprints from digital elevation models using a marked point process of rectangles. It has been designed to be both highly modular and extensible, and have computational times comparable to a code specifically designed for a particular application, thanks to the powerful paradigms of metaprogramming and generic programming. The proposed stochastic optimization is built on the coupling of a stochastic Reversible-Jump Markov Chain Monte Carlo (RJMCMC) sampler and a simulated annealing relaxation. This framework allows, with theoretical guarantees, the optimization of an unrestricted objective function without requiring any initial solution.
The modularity of our library allows the processing of any kind of input data, whether they are 1D signals (e.g. LiDAR or SAR waveforms), 2D images, 3D point clouds... The library user has just to define a few modules describing its domain specific context: the encoding of a configuration (e.g. its object type in a marked point process context), reversible jump kernels (e.g. birth, death, modifications...), the optimized energies (e.g. data and regularization terms) and the probabilized search space given by the reference process. Similar to this extensibility in the application domain, concepts are clearly and orthogonally separated such that it is straightforward to customize the convergence test, the temperature schedule, or to add visitors enabling visual feedback during the optimization. The library offers dedicated modules for marked point processes, allowing the user to optimize a Maximum A Posteriori (MAP) criterion with an image data term energy on a marked point process of rectangles.Numéro de notice : C2012-014 Affiliation des auteurs : LASTIG MATIS+Ext (2012-2019) Thématique : IMAGERIE/INFORMATIQUE Nature : Communication nature-HAL : ComAvecCL&ActesPubliésIntl DOI : 10.5194/isprsarchives-XXXIX-B3-23-2012 En ligne : http://dx.doi.org/10.5194/isprsarchives-XXXIX-B3-259-2012 Format de la ressource électronique : URL article Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=94277 Mathématiques programme 2012 Term.
