[Termes IGN] réseau neuronal siamoisRésumé : (auteur) Change detection (CD) in remote sensing images is one of the most important technical options to identify changes in observations in an efficient manner. CD has a wide range of applications, such as land use investigation, urban planning, environmental monitoring and disaster mapping. However, the frequently occurring class imbalance problem brings huge challenges to the change detection applications. To address this issue, we develop a novel global-aware siamese network (GAS-Net), aiming to generate global-aware features for efficient change detection by incorporating the relationships between scenes and foregrounds. The proposed GAS-Net, consisting of the global-attention module (GAM) and foreground-awareness module (FAM) that both learns contextual relationships and enhances symbiotic relation learning between scene and foreground. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed GAS-Net, achieving up to 91.21% and 95.84% F1 score on two widely used public datasets, i.e., Levir-CD and Lebedev-CD dataset. The source code is available at https://github.com/xiaoxiangAQ/GAS-Net. The measurement of the parallax of Mars by Richer and Cassini from Cayenne and Paris showed that the period of a periodic oscillator depends on the gravity field. A link was thus established between the improvement of time measurement and the knowledge of the phenomena that govern it. Since then, the performance and nature of clocks have evolved considerably. Today, atomic clocks are used in various fields that are essential to modern society, such as the realisation of international atomic time (TAI), satellite navigation (GNSS), geodesy, the traceability of trading events, etc. In the framework of the french ANR ROYMAGE, we are interested in the contribution of a transportable optical field clock for geoscience applications by using the principle of chronometric geodesy. The idea is based on the gravitational redshift, a relativistic effect that predicts that the beat of a clock depends on the speed at which it is moving and the strength of the surrounding gravitational potential. In practice, this means that if we compare the beat of two clocks, then it is possible to directly measure a difference in gravitational potential (or a change in height) between these two clocks. This type of measurement is original because classical geodetic techniques only allow to determine the potential indirectly from gravimetric and classical levelling data. In this work, we model the gravitational signature (potential, acceleration and tensor) of a mass anomaly as a function of its geometry, depth, size and density contrast. These synthetic simulations allow us to identify which types of structures can be detected by clock comparison measurements with a relative frequency uncertainty fixed at 10-17-18-19 (i.e. a vertical sensitivity of less than 10 cm - 1 cm - 1 mm respectively). We are also interested in the spatial resolution required for a clock measurement to detect two mass anomalies depending on its orientation. Finally, we show that this new chronometric observable combined with gravimetry and gradiometry data could allow a better separation of the sources by adding an additional constraint thanks to the medium and long wavelength gravitational information it provides. [Termes IGN] système d'information géographiqueRésumé : (auteur) Soil erosion and sediment yields are the current limitations and future threats to agriculture, water resources and hydropower projects particularly in developing countries. Estimating the extent and comprehending the spatial distribution of hotspot area is crucial to implement evidence-based soil and water conservation (SWC) measures with limited resources. The study used RUSLE and SDR models in ArcGIS 10.8 environment. The RUSLE model was found to be highly sensitive to C factor followed by LS factor. The result indicated that the annual soil loss varies from 0 to 359.99 t ha−1 yr−1 with 22.31 t ha−1 yr−1 as a mean annual. Besides, the estimated sediment yield ranged from 0 to 42.5 t ha−1 yr−1 with a mean value of 12.02 t ha−1 yr−1. The finding revealed that the central west (SW_5) and northeast (SW_4) parts of the watershed yield higher sediment. The result also signified that about 52.9% of the eroded materials including soil and nutrients are transferred to the outlet. The outcome of our finding undoubtedly aids in the identification of hotspot areas for the adoption of appropriate SWC measures. Hence, adopting RUSLE and SDR for Gununo watershed and another watershed having similar biophysical and environmental factors is suggested. [Termes IGN] processus de hiérarchisation analytiqueRésumé : (auteur) A precise map of the dispersion of the groundwater potential across each watershed can help decision-makers to exert optimal water management in each region. In this research, the potential of groundwater resources in both the Zanjanrood Catchment and the Tarom Region, located in the northwest of Iran, has been studied. Seven effective criteria including slope, land-use, drainage density, spring density, lithology, lineament density, and rainfall are considered. Criteria were first weighted using the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) method and then overlaid by the Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal (TOPSIS) model. Finally, the spatial zoning map of groundwater potential was obtained in four categories. A sensitivity analysis was performed to determine the influence of each criterion on the obtained map. The model was verified using both the spatial distribution of the high-discharged production wells and the geophysical-based geoelectric field surveys. The results indicate that the high-discharged wells (>40 l/s) in both regions are dispersed predominantly in the very good zone and, in several cases, in the good zone. Besides, the results from the two-dimensional models of resistivity and induced polarization of geoelectrical field survey are inappropriate agreement with those from the TOPSIS method. Notably, there is no suitable potential zone of groundwater in the surrounding highlands to be used in the future for drinking purposes since the highlands water supply is a strategic supply for drinking. The strategies employed in this study, the results of GIS modeling, and the geoelectrical analysis can be considered for sustainable development of similar arid and semi-arid areas since groundwater is considered as the main supplier of water in such regions.
