[Vedettes matières IGN] GéovisualisationRésumé : (auteur) Graphic interfaces of geoportals allow visualizing, sometimes overlaying often by image blending, various data and representations of geographical spaces: vector data, maps, aerial imagery, Digital Terrain Model (DTM), etc. After some previous works it appears that image blending is insufficient to allow efficient co-visualization of orthoimagery and vector data. Our purpose is to be able to manage an hybrid visualization of orthoimagery and vector data, efficient and useful. The diversity of hybridization levels requires to be able to control a continuum between such data. We thus have to propose rendering methods to mix heterogeneous data, in order to propose homogeneous and continuous intermediary representations. This paper proposes a methodology to interpolate graphic parameters between an orthoimage and related vector data, to control the level of orthophotorealism, all along the continuum. We detail the methodology based on several interpolation components, to control abstraction and realism levels, by manipulating colors and textures (natural, procedural or mixed). [Termes IGN] relation topologiqueRésumé : (auteur) Being able to merge high quality and complete building models with parcel data is of a paramount importance for any application dealing with urban planning. However since parcel boundaries often stand for the legal reference frame, the whole correction will be exclusively done on building features. Then a major task is to identify spatial relationships and properties that buildings should keep through the conflation process. The purpose of this paper is to describe a method based on least squares approach to ensure that buildings fit consistently into parcels while abiding by a set of standard constraints that may concern most of urban applications. An important asset of our model is that it can be easily extended to comply with more specific constraints. In addition, results analysis also demonstrates that it provides significantly better output than a basic algorithm relying on an individual correction of features, especially regarding conservation of metrics and topological relationships between buildings. In the future, we would like to include more specific constraints to retrieve the actual positions of buildings relatively to parcel borders and we plan to assess the contribution of our algorithm on the quality of urban application outputs. [Termes IGN] SIFT (algorithme)Résumé : (auteur) Multiple classifiers on the dissimilarity space are proposed to address the problem of forest species recognition from microscopic images. To that end, classical texture-based features such as Gabor filters, local binary patterns (LBP) and local phase quantization (LPQ), as well as two keypoint-based features, the scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT) and the speeded up robust features (SURF), are used to generate a pool of diverse classifiers on the dissimilarity space. A comprehensive set of experiments on a database composed of 2,240 microscopic images from 112 different forest species was used to evaluate the performance of each individual classifier of the generated pool, the combination of all classifiers, and different dynamic selection of classifiers (DSC) methods. The best result (93.03 %) was observed by incorporating probabilistic information in a DSC method based on multiple classifier behavior. [Termes IGN] théorie de Dempster-ShaferRésumé : (auteur) Nowadays geographic vector data is produced both by public and private institutions using well defined specifications or crowdsourcing via Web 2.0 mapping portals. As a result, multiple representations of the same real world objects exist, without any links between these different representations. This becomes an issue when integration, updates, or multi-level analysis needs to be performed, as well as for data quality assessment. In this paper a multi-criteria data matching approach allowing the automatic definition of links between identical features is proposed. The originality of the approach is that the process is guided by an explicit representation and fusion of knowledge from various sources. Moreover the imperfection (imprecision, uncertainty, and incompleteness) is explicitly modeled in the process. Belief theory is used to represent and fuse knowledge from different sources, to model imperfection, and make a decision. Experiments are reported on real data coming from different producers, having different scales and either representing relief (isolated points) or road networks (linear data).
