[Termes IGN] service webRésumé : (Auteur) La découverte de services utiles à une application devient de plus en plus critique dans plusieurs domaines. Les approches actuelles de découverte, basées sur l'appariement des entrées/sorties, ou même complétées par des ontologies, sont limitées car elles ne prennent pas en compte l'aspect sémantique de ces services. Aussi, la sélectivité de ces approches reste très faible ; il revient à l'utilisateur de naviguer sur les nombreux résultats pour retrouver les services qui l'intéressent. Dans cet article, nous affirmons qu'une approche basée sur le comportement des services (en particulier leurs protocoles de conversation) peut aider à sélectionner les meilleurs services et à réduire l'effort de navigation de l'utilisateur. Ceci est d'autant plus important que la découverte peut se faire de façon programmée et dynamique. L'approche proposée se base sur un appariement sémantique des graphes de processus, délivrant aussi bien des résultats exacts que des résultats approchés. Des opérations d'édition permettent de modifier le graphe requête pour le rapprocher le plus possible des graphes cibles selon une distance associée à chaque requête. Nous illustrons notre approche par un exemple basé sur des protocoles de conversation exprimés en utilisant le langage WSCL. [Termes IGN] Var (83)Index. décimale : DSIG Mémoires du master 2 IG, du master 2 SIG, de l'ex DEA SIG Résumé : (Auteur) L'objet de ce stage est un travail de télédétection : son but est de tester la détection des zones débroussaillées sur une image QuickBird, jouant le rôle d'image simulée du futur satellite européen Pléiade, afin d'apprécier l'utilité de telles images dans un des thèmes de recherche du projet ORFEO : la défense des forêts contre les incendies (DFCI). Les recherches débutent par de la bibliographie, des essais des différents outils disponibles sur le logiciel de travail (ENVI). Ensuite viennent les propositions de méthodologies basées sur des classifications, utilisant des néo canaux particuliers -citons entre autres le NDVI (Indice de végétation normalisé. Une visite sur le terrain et la rencontre de professionnels permet d'établir une nouvelle typologie plus détaillée, plus proche aussi de la réalité opérationnelle. Par la suite, d'autres méthodologies sont proposées, dont une utilise des outils d'analyse spatiale SIG. Ce projet de 18 mois, financé par l'Union Européenne et Asia Pro Eco Programme, a regroupé des partenaires européens et asiatiques : Megaskills Research et Fieldfare Landtrust du Royaume Uni, IGN France International de France, l'Association pour la Protection et le Développement de l'Environnement au Cambodge (APDCE), le ministère de l'environnement et le département de l'environnement à Siem Reap, Son but était d'aider à la gestion de la crise environnementale que subit Siem Reap face au tourisme galopant. Mon stage de 11 semaines s'est déroulé durant la phase finale du projet. Mon objectif était de développer un système d'information environnemental concernant les impacts de l'industrie du tourisme dans cette ville qui abrite les temples grandioses d'Angkor. J'ai donc, dans un premier temps, assisté un technicien du DoE (department of Environment) de Siem Reap, Dek Vimeanreaksmey, pour compléter la base de données existante. En parallèle, j'ai dessiné des cartes thématiques à la demande de Megaskills Research et programmé des outils en VBA sur ArcGIS. Pour finir, j'ai exposé le 17 août le travail accompli aux autres partenaires du projet et à des représentants des quelques entreprises concernées par les problèmes environnementaux. The methodology generates continuous vector data through constrained remove operations of vertices on the server side, maintains consistent topology via a set of constraint rules, and restores original vector data through a reconstruction operator on the client side. The prototype system was implemented to investigate the performance of the methodology in terms of the preservation of consistent topology, transmission time, and qualities of the resulting visualizations. The method is shown to be scalable to large data sets, to produce graphically acceptable results and to maintain topology.
