[Vedettes matières IGN] Inventaire forestierRésumé : (auteur) The National Forest Inventory (BWI) records the forest conditions in Germany in a systematic sample inventory on the basis of a 4 km x 4 km reference grid with regional grid refinements. The BWI distinguishes a total of 51 tree species or tree species groups. This tree atlas informs about the distribution and the ecological relevance of the 31 most important tree species in Germany in the natural forest community of a sample point. It separately outlines the categories of pioneer tree species, accessory or mandatory climax tree species or tree species outside the natural distribution area. The categorization is, for instance, the basis for determining the naturalness of the tree species composition1 in the BWI. De nombreux spécialistes, coordonnés par un scientifique expert du GIEC, se sont associés à une journaliste pour nous donner un aperçu de ce que sera notre vie dans quelques dizaines d’années. Vins plus alcoolisés, assiettes plus vertes et moins protéinées, petites bêtes au menu, davantage de poissons d’élevage dans notre Caddie, de nouvelles destinations touristiques, des transports révolutionnés, un paysage qui se transforme et un thermomètre qui s’affole… surtout en ville. Notre quotidien devrait être bien différent en 2050 ! Cependant, l’homme s’est en permanence adapté. Aujourd’hui encore, disposant d’outils de prévision, il met en place des stratégies, des plans d’action et des solutions. Ce livre n’apporte pas de réponses définitives mais il permet une projection dans nos conditions de vie d’ici à 2050, avec quelques spécificités françaises : que pouvons-nous faire dès aujourd’hui pour mieux vivre demain ? Écrit dans un style vivant et très accessible, sans catastrophisme ni déni, cet ouvrage synthétique, validé par des experts, pourrait bien vous surprendre. Note de contenu :
