[Termes IGN] Web Map ServiceIndex. décimale : DSIG Mémoires du master 2 IG, du master 2 SIG, de l'ex DEA SIG Résumé : (auteur) La société SGDS est un cabinet d'études en ingénierie & études techniques en topographie, SIC, Géodésie,.., basé à Evry. Mon stage de master dans ce cabinet avait pour objectif d'enrichir une base de données cartographique, couvrant quelques localités du Cameroun, d'étudier les possibilités de cataloguer et de diffuser en ligne ces données.
Dans une première phase, j'ai généré des MNS à partir des chantiers de prises de vue aériennes, en intégrant le rapport de calibration de la caméra numérique, les relevés géodésiques, les restitutions photogrammétriques comme données de contrôle. J'ai utilisé LPS pour cette partie de travail.
La deuxième phase consistait à réaliser des cartes d'occupation du sol à partir des données de restitution photogrammétrique et, en parallèle, par classification automatique supervisée et non supervisée, en testant les différentes variantes, et évaluant la qualité des résultats (matrice d'erreur, précision totale et rapport statistique kappa).
La troisième phase consistait à rassembler les données du projet Cameroun, les organiser et les stocker dans une base de données fédérative. Ce travail d'organisation avait pour finalité la réalisation d'une maquette d'infrastructure de données spatiales (IDS), conforme à la norme INSPIRE pour la catalogage des données. Cette IDS implémentée avec la solution GeoNetwork permet de créer et de stocker des métadonnées, d'effectuer des recherches, ainsi que visualiser les données sans avoir à les télécharger.
La dernière étape était de concevoir et réaliser un serveur web cartographique pour la diffusion des données géographiques, en utilisant des solutions libres. Le choix a été porté sur la librairie OpenLayers coté client, avec Geoserver comme serveur cartographique de diffusion des données.Note de contenu : Introduction
