[Termes IGN] transformation de coordonnéesRésumé : (Auteur) This paper presents a universal model of weighted coordinate transformation, i.e. transformation considering the errors of coordinates in both coordinate systems. It is intrinsically one of the typical examples of ‘error-in-variables’ (EIV) models. The proposed method of LS theory application on weighted coordinate transformation does not impose any constraints on the form of functional relationship among stochastic variables. Since the basic idea is to generalise Gauss–Markov model (GMM) by introduction of so-called ‘total residuals’, the proposed procedure is named ‘Generalised Gauss–Markov model’. Formulation of expressions for estimation of unknown transformation parameters is theoretically confirmed using the Gauss–Helmert model (GHM) and three different modifications of the GMM. The proposed procedure is in its essence a strict solution to total least-squares (unweighted) and weighted total least-squares problem in coordinate transformation. This thesis is experimentally confirmed by comparison of its results with those found in four characteristic examples from the literature. [Termes IGN] Web View ServiceRésumé : (Auteur) Street view (panoramic view) services have begun to shift from PC platforms to mobile smart devices. Considering the capabilities of smart terminal devices, a 360° spherical level of detail (LoD) model for mobile street view services that renders panoramic images on the inner surface of a sphere via LoD is proposed in this article. Panoramic images are segmented into tiles and organized in a pyramid tile structure for LoD rendering to improve the rendering efficiency of the proposed model. A projection model between panoramic images and the spherical surface is presented to map the panoramic tiles on the spherical graticule. A street view-rendering algorithm of panoramic images is proposed with the rendering function of OpenGL for Embedded Systems (OpenGL ES). A street view service app running on Android, based on the proposed approach, is implemented to assess two aspects of the panoramic view model, namely visualization effect and efficiency. Experiment results reveal that the 360° spherical LoD model of the panoramic image can display 3D street view scenes better than the cubic panoramic view model. The proposed model also has an excellent 3D visualization effect and high-efficiency rendering ability for mobile street view services. Therefore, it is applicable in large-scale mobile street view services both online and offline and in augmented reality navigation. [Termes IGN] résolution d'ambiguïtéRésumé : (Auteur) Global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) signal deformations could threaten the position accuracy and integrity of GNSS, especially for safety critical applications. Digital distortion is an important kind of deformations caused by failures inside the baseband generation unit onboard the GNSS satellites. Multi-correlator technique, as a prevalent signal quality monitoring (SQM) method, was developed to reliably detect the signal anomaly and therefore protect airborne users from this integrity threat. However, the conventional multi-correlator technique is unable to estimate the degree of distortion quantitatively, while another SQM method, the chip domain observable, has a poor real-time capability so that it could not meet the stringent time to alarm requirements. To solve the above problem, we derived the spectrum form of the conventional Threat Model A first and proposed a IFFT-based SQM algorithm. This new method can perform SQM easily by analyzing the impulses after PSD division and IFFT: Detect the presence of digital distortion by judging whether there is an impulse after IFFT and estimate the degree of distortion by computing the offset of the impulse. The results show that the IFFT-based method can not only detect digital distortion real-timely but also estimate the digital distortion degree quantitatively. [Vedettes matières IGN] Traitement de données GNSSRésumé : (Auteur) We assess the noise characteristics of daily position time series (Jet Propulsion Laboratory global solutions) from 12 International GNSS Service sites located in China, using both overlapping Hadamard variance (OHVAR) and maximum likelihood estimation (MLE). The result shows that OHVAR is computationally cheap, and the dominate power-law noise inferred is in good agreement with the ones inferred by comparing MLE values. However, OHVAR is insufficient to assess the long-period noise characteristics [e.g., random walk noise (RW)]. From the MLE analysis, the RW contribution is likely to be present in 14% of the time series, while the noise of most sites are characterized by a combination of white and flicker (or power law) noise (i.e., FL + WH or PL + WH). Moreover, sites near the northern crest of the equatorial ionization anomaly have larger amplitudes of WH in the vertical component, while no clear latitude dependency is observed in FL amplitudes. [Termes IGN] résolution d'ambiguïtéRésumé : (Auteur) In this paper, the authors analysed the Precise Point Positioning (PPP) performance in determination of normal heights using observations from a test network consisting of ten sites. One-week observation interval was processed using standard PPP approach and Multi-Station PPP (MS-PPP) with ambiguity resolution using the NAvigation Package for Earth Observation Satellites v. 3.3.1 software. In post-processing corrections like the Earth rotation parameters, ocean loadings, antenna phase centre offsets and variations etc. needed to obtain the most accurate position were utilised. By processing the various lengths observing sessions (1 hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes) the authors examined the degradation of the position determination precision with shortening the observation time. In the study both high-end receivers used most often at CORS, as well as commercial two-frequency receivers were utilised. Normal heights were obtained using PL–geoid–2011 model. The results of the research show that PPP is a viable alternative for Relative GNSS Positioning in the case of GNSS levelling.
