P1/CA augmentation information can shorten the convergence time and help to fix the ionosphere-free combination ambiguities in several epochs. Instantaneous and centimeter-level positioning solutions can be achieved for rovers within the coverage of regional reference network. Also, we develop an approach for seamless transition between URTK and precise point positioning with ambiguity resolution (PPP-AR) and present a new scheme to provide URTK service. Therefore, a service for a large number of rovers can be easily realized in real-time data communication for ambiguity fixing. In addition, the period when augmentation information from a particular reference station is not available can be bridged with the help of PPP-AR. Rovers can experience more operational time with fewer interruptions, which are difficult tasks for current URTK and Network Real-Time Kinematic services. More importantly, with this new scheme, URTK and PPP-AR services can be integrated into a unique PPP-AR system. The obtained convergence time only depends on whether or not the rover is receiving the regional augmentation information. [Termes IGN] transformationRésumé : (auteur) A surface spherical harmonic expansion of gravity anomalies with respect to a geodetic reference ellipsoid can be used to model the global gravity field and reveal its spectral properties. In this paper, a direct and rigorous transformation between solid spherical harmonic coefficients of the Earth’s disturbing potential and surface spherical harmonic coefficients of gravity anomalies in ellipsoidal approximation with respect to a reference ellipsoid is derived. This transformation cannot rigorously be achieved by the Hotine–Jekeli transformation between spherical and ellipsoidal harmonic coefficients. The method derived here is used to create a surface spherical harmonic model of gravity anomalies with respect to the GRS80 ellipsoid from the EGM2008 global gravity model. [Termes IGN] masse de la TerreRésumé : (auteur) The time variable Earth’s gravity field contains information about the mass transport within the system Earth, i.e., the relationship between mass variations in the atmosphere, oceans, land hydrology, and ice sheets. For many years, satellite laser ranging (SLR) observations to geodetic satellites have provided valuable information of the low-degree coefficients of the Earth’s gravity field. Today, the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) mission is the major source of information for the time variable field of a high spatial resolution. We recover the low-degree coefficients of the time variable Earth’s gravity field using SLR observations up to nine geodetic satellites: LAGEOS-1, LAGEOS-2, Starlette, Stella, AJISAI, LARES, Larets, BLITS, and Beacon-C. We estimate monthly gravity field coefficients up to degree and order 10/10 for the time span 2003–2013 and we compare the results with the GRACE-derived gravity field coefficients. We show that not only degree-2 gravity field coefficients can be well determined from SLR, but also other coefficients up to degree 10 using the combination of short 1-day arcs for low orbiting satellites and 10-day arcs for LAGEOS-1/2. In this way, LAGEOS-1/2 allow recovering zonal terms, which are associated with long-term satellite orbit perturbations, whereas the tesseral and sectorial terms benefit most from low orbiting satellites, whose orbit modeling deficiencies are minimized due to short 1-day arcs. The amplitudes of the annual signal in the low-degree gravity field coefficients derived from SLR agree with GRACE K-band results at a level of 77 %. This implies that SLR has a great potential to fill the gap between the current GRACE and the future GRACE Follow-On mission for recovering of the seasonal variations and secular trends of the longest wavelengths in gravity field, which are associated with the large-scale mass transport in the system Earth. [Termes IGN] satellite de télémétrieRésumé : (auteur) This article discusses the attitude modes employed by present Global (and Regional) Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSSs) and the models used to describe them along with definitions of the constellation-specific spacecraft body frames. A uniform convention for the labeling of the principal spacecraft axes is proposed by the International GNSS Service (IGS), which results in a common formulation of the nominal attitude of all GNSS satellites in yaw-steering mode irrespective of their specific orbit and constellation. The conventions defined within this document provide the basis for the specification of antenna phase center offsets and variations in a multi-GNSS version of the IGS absolute phase center model in the ANTEX (antenna exchange) format. To facilitate the joint analysis of GNSS observations and satellite laser ranging measurements, laser retroreflector array coordinates consistent with the IGS-specific spacecraft frame conventions are provided in addition to representative antenna offset values for all GNSS constellations. [Termes IGN] valeur aberranteRésumé : (Auteur) After geodetic networks (e.g., horizontal control, leveling,GNSS etc.) are established, they are measured and point coordinates are estimated by the method of Least Squares. If one or more observations are burdened with errors, these contaminated observations affect the other good observations and may produce incorrect estimates of the parameters. Thus, these contaminated observations should be detected and corrected. Generally, in practice, they are removed and the network is readjusted. To detect the outliers among the observations statistical tests are performed. Yet, reliability measures should be accompanied to statistical tests to find out more about the ability of error detection and the effects of errors on the solutions. Now it is possible that reliability measures can be calculated for the cases of single or multiple outliers. In this paper, a GNSS network is analyzed using reliability measures in both cases. The results show that in the case of multiple outliers reliability measures worsen.
