[Termes IGN] système d'information géographiqueIndex. décimale : MIASIG DESS AIST et du master Informatique appliquée aux SIG jusqu'en 2014 Résumé : (Auteur) La SNCF est le principal transporteur ferroviaire national, elle est chargée d'exploiter l'infrastructure et par convention de la maintenance des infrastructures qui appartiennent à RFF. Dans les régions sud de la France, la SNCF a l'obligation légale de débroussailler les emprises des voies, or les largeurs de débroussaillement varient selon les départements. Pour faire face à ses obligations, la SNCF utilise des moyens chimiques et mécaniques pour entretenir les voies. Or face à l'étendue du réseau, la société a besoin d'un outil lui permettant de suivre l'entretien de ses bandes de proximité et d'autre part de mettre en évidence les éclosions d'incendie en partie dues au disfonctionnement des matériels ferroviaires roulants afin de mettre en oeuvre une politique de maîtrise de la végétation efficace. C'est pour cela que le département Infrastructure souhaite se doter d'un Système d'information Géographique. Ce SIG a entre autres pour objectifs de traduire les arrêtés préfectoraux relatifs aux débroussaillements des infrastructures en informations géographiques, de mettre en place un suivi des travaux de débroussaillement tant chimiques que mécaniques afin d'instaurer une politique de maîtrise de la végétation améliorée. Enfin, la localisation des éclosions d'incendie, le long des lignes ferroviaires depuis plus de 30 ans, permettra au gestionnaire de localiser les zones les plus vulnérables et ainsi y apporter une attention particulière. L'objectif de ce stage est de conduire la mise en place de ce SIG, de l'étude de faisabilité du projet jusqu'à sa diffusion sur l'Intranet de la SNCF. A ce jour, le SIG satisfait en grande partie, les conditions définies dans le cahier des charges concernant l'intégration des données. Il reste à accomplir la diffusion du SIG sur l'intranet de la SNCF, la formation du personnel à l'utilisation et à l'administration du SIG et enfin créer les développements métiers spécifiques pour atteindre les objectifs du projet. [Termes IGN] site webRésumé : (auteur) Les dispositifs d'observation, de suivi et d'expérimentation en forêt sont nombreux mais, pour partie, peu visibles et peu connus. De ce constat est née l'idée d'une "vitrine" web pour ces dispositifs et leurs résultats. Les fournisseurs d'information sont intéressés par ce projet, qui devrait favoriser l'accès à l'information et la valorisation de leurs travaux. Le SIEF doit donc à la fois informer sur les dispositifs et présenter de façon thématique des résultats exemplaires qui en sont issus. Le contenu du site doit être accessible à des non-spécialistes, tout en offrant des passerelles pour une information plus spécialisée. Un prototype a été développé et mis en ligne pendant plusieurs mois pour recueillir des avis. Les marques d'intérêt reçues amènent à envisager une suite concrète à ce projet, en tenant compte des évolutions en cours dans le domaine de l'information, et en articulation avec le projet de Catalogue des sources d'information sur la forêt (Ca-SIF).
