[Termes IGN] surface de référenceRésumé : (auteur) This study aims to analyze the quality of several local reference quasigeoid surfaces obtained from several Global Geopotential Models (GGM) relative to the official quasigeoid solution of Serbia (SQM2011) and GNSS/dh observations for the territory of Serbia. Therefore, validation and comparison of the derived surfaces from the three GGM’s were made based on comparisons of height anomaly derived from GGM’s, SQM2011, and the GNSS/dh observations at the points of the high-precision leveling network. The selected publicly available GGM’s in this study are GOCO05c, SGG- UGM-2, and XGM2019e. Primarily, at 1001 points of the high-precision leveling network, the differences between GGM and GNSS/dh height anomaly were calculated. The final translation parameters were calculated in the iteration procedure, which was then used to calculate the final values of the estimated height anomaly for all GGM’s at 143207 points of the regular grid of spatial resolution 0.5' × 0.5' on the entire territory of Serbia. From the estimated height anomaly, three GGM-derived surfaces were modeled relative to the SQM2011. According to the results of the calculations, SGG-UGM-2 provides the best approximation of the quasi- geoid SQM2011, where the remaining differences have a mean value of 0.01 m, a standard deviation of 0.06 m, and a span of 0.67 m. [Termes IGN] données marégraphiquesRésumé : (auteur) Satellite altimetry missions and tide gauges allow the monitoring of sea level variations over time. While tide gauges monitor sea level relative to a local reference, satellite altimetry missions do so in relation to the Earth’s geocenter. From the comparison between time series generated by these two methods, we observed differences that may be related to possible vertical land movement (VLM). Our objective in this study is to determine the linear trends of VLMs from the difference between the sea level trend found by the satellite altimetry missions TOPEX/Poseidon, JASON 1, 2 and 3 ( v SA ) and the sea level trend found by the tide gauge of Imbituba in Santa Catarina (SC), Brazil ( v TG ). For this, we demarcated cells along the satellite tracks at a radius of up to 500 km over the ocean from the location of the tide gauge station. The mean values for v SA (1992-2017) and v TG (2002-2015) were 2.5 mm/a ±1.2 mm/a and 5.4 mm/a ±1.9 mm/a, while the mean values for v SA (2007-2015) and v TG (2007-2015) were 7.1 mm/a ±4.6 mm/a and 13.0 mm/a ±4.2 mm/a, respectively. The comparison of VLM obtained between the combination of v SA and v TG and GNSS showed results with better consistency over longer time series. [Termes IGN] tripletRésumé : (auteur) When predicting data for which limited supervised information is available, hyperspectral target detection methods based on deep transfer learning expect that the network will not require considerable retraining to generalize to unfamiliar application contexts. Meta-learning is an effective and practical framework for solving this problem in deep learning. This article proposes a new meta-learning based hyperspectral target detection using Siamese network (MLSN). First, a deep residual convolution feature embedding module is designed to embed spectral vectors into the Euclidean feature space. Then, the triplet loss is used to learn the intraclass similarity and interclass dissimilarity between spectra in embedding feature space by using the known labeled source data on the designed three-channel Siamese network for meta-training. The learned meta-knowledge is updated with the prior target spectrum through a designed two-channel Siamese network to quickly adapt to the new detection task. It should be noted that the parameters and structure of the deep residual convolution embedding modules of each channel in the Siamese network are identical. Finally, the spatial information is combined, and the detection map of the two-channel Siamese network is processed by the guiding image filtering and morphological closing operation, and a final detection result is obtained. Based on the experimental analysis of six real hyperspectral image datasets, the proposed MLSN has shown its excellent comprehensive performance. [Termes IGN] réseau altimétrique nationalRésumé : (auteur) The extensive use of GNSS positioning, combined with the importance of precise geoid heights for transformation between geodetic and orthometric heights, brings up the discussion of the influence of data uncertainties and the use of variable density values on these estimates. In this sense, we analyze the influence of the topographic masses density distribution and the data uncertainty on the computation of orthometric and geoid heights in stations of the High Precision Altimetric Network of Brazil, considering the Helmert and Mader methods. For this, we use 569 stations whose values of geodetic and normal heights, gravity, and geopotential numbers are known. The results indicate that orthometric heights are more sensitive to density values and to greater heights than to the Helmert and Mader methods applied. Also, we verify that the normal and orthometric heights present significant differences for the analyzed stations, considering the high correlation between the heights, which provide small values of uncertainty. However, our analyses show that the use of the Mader method, along with variable density values, provides either more rigorous or more reliable results. [Termes IGN] tripletRésumé : (auteur) In this paper, we address the problem of content-based image retrieval (CBIR) by learning images representations based on the activations of a Convolutional Neural Network. We propose an end-to-end trainable network architecture that exploits a novel multi-scale local pooling based on the trainable aggregation layer NetVLAD (Arandjelovic et al in Proceedings of the IEEE conference on computer vision and pattern recognition CVPR, NetVLAD, 2016) and bags of local features obtained by splitting the activations, allowing to reduce the dimensionality of the descriptor and to increase the performance of retrieval. Training is performed using an improved triplet mining procedure that selects samples based on their difficulty to obtain an effective image representation, reducing the risk of overfitting and loss of generalization. Extensive experiments show that our approach, that can be effectively used with different CNN architectures, obtains state-of-the-art results on standard and challenging CBIR datasets.
