[Termes IGN] résolution d'ambiguïtéRésumé : (Auteur) Due to the rapid deployment of the Galileo constellation, Galileo is now able to contribute to GNSS precise point positioning (PPP) ambiguity resolution (AR) with 17 operational satellites as of December 2017. We estimate the satellite fractional cycle bias (FCB) based on globally distributed MGEX stations and assess the Galileo FCB quality by a comparison with that of GPS and BDS. Results of 60 days indicate that the quality of Galileo wide-lane (WL) FCB is better than GPS and BDS in terms of data usage rate, residual distribution, as well as standard deviation of daily estimates. The RMS of Galileo WL FCB residuals is 0.071 cycles, while that of GPS and BDS are 0.089 and 0.117 cycles, respectively. The standard deviation of Galileo daily WL FCB is 0.010 cycles, while that of GPS and BDS is 0.018 and 0.043 cycles. We attribute the better quality of Galileo WL FCB to its signal modulation, AltBOC, which significantly compresses the multipath effect for pseudorange measurement. Within the Galileo constellation, the performance of In-Orbit Validation (IOV) satellites WL FCB is worse than that of Full Operational Capability (FOC) satellites as a result of a reduction in the power of the transmitted signal. The performance of the two highly eccentric satellites is comparable to other FOC satellites. The overall quality of Galileo narrow-lane (NL) FCB is slightly worse than that of GPS but better than that of BDS. The RMS of Galileo NL FCB residuals is 0.062 cycles, while that for GPS and BDS is 0.050 and 0.086 cycles respectively. In addition, the NL FCB quality of FOC, IOV (except E19), as well as the two eccentric satellites, shows no significant difference in terms of data usage rates and residuals. Galileo PPP AR solutions are conducted at 20 MGEX stations with 3-h sessions for 10 days. The positional biases of AR solutions are 0.7, 0.6, and 2.1 cm for east, north and up components respectively, while those for float solutions are 2.1, 1.1, and 2.7 cm, corresponding to the improvements of 67, 45, and 22%, respectively. These results demonstrate that, currently, Galileo FCB can be estimated with accuracy comparable with GPS and BDS, and the Galileo observations can bring an obvious benefit to ambiguity-fixed PPP. Using the latest products is supposed to provide more stable and reliable geocenter estimates. In this paper, geocenter estimates from deformation inversion approach with new observations of IGS second data reprocessing campaign (IG2) are investigated. Results indicate that our IG2-derived geocenter motion estimates agree well with solutions from network approach for SLR. The truncated degree 5 exhibits the highest consistency between GPS-inverted geocenter estimates and the SLR results in both annual amplitudes and phases. Then, the GPS-derived geocenter motions are compared with results from other different approaches. We find that except for a discrepancy in the annual phase estimates of Z component, geocenter motions predicted with the IG2 data are in line with those based on other techniques. In addition, the effects of the translational parameters and the comparison with the IGS first data reprocessing campaign (IG1)-estimated geocenter motions are investigated, and results demonstrate that the translation parameters should be estimated when inversing the geocenter motion with the newly IG2 solutions and the advantage of the IG2 data reprocessing over the previous IG1 efforts. Finally, we address the impacts of post-seismic effects and the missing ocean data on the IG2-derived solutions. After removing the stations affected by large earthquakes, the amplitudes of Y component become higher, but the annual phases of the Y component become far away from the SLR solutions. Comparisons of the equivalent water height from the IG2-estimated coefficients and the solutions from the estimation of the circulation and climate of the ocean indicate that the differences between the two types of solutions vary with different truncated degrees, and the consistency is getting worse and worse with the truncated degree grows. Further researches still need to be done to invert surface mass variation coefficients from various combinations of GPS observations, ocean models and other datasets. [Termes IGN] transportRésumé : (éditeur) Environmental health researchers have long used concepts like the neighborhood effect to assessing people's exposure to environmental influences and the associated health impact. However, these are static notions that ignore people's daily mobility at various spatial and temporal scales (e.g., daily travel, migratory movements, and movements over the life course) and the influence of neighborhood contexts outside their residential neighborhoods. Recent studies have started to incorporate human mobility, non-residential neighborhoods, and the temporality of exposures through collecting and using data from GPS, accelerometers, mobile phones, various types of sensors, and social media. Innovative approaches and methods have been developed. This Special Issue aims to showcase studies that use new approaches, methods, and data to examine the role of human mobility and non-residential contexts on human health behaviors and outcomes. It includes 21 articles that cover a wide range of topics, including individual exposure to air pollution, exposure and access to green spaces, spatial access to healthcare services, environmental influences on physical activity, food environmental and diet behavior, exposure to noise and its impact on mental health, and broader methodological issues such as the uncertain geographic context problem (UGCoP) and the neighborhood effect averaging problem (NEAP). This collection will be a valuable reference for scholars and students interested in recent advances in the concepts and methods in environmental health and health geography.
