The technique for robust GPS positioning in a dynamic sensor network uses a distributed GPS aperture and RF ranging signals among the network nodes. In particular, Asia longitude area will be the most viewable area from the navigation satellites because of the GLONASS (GLObal NAvigation Satellite System), QZSS (quasi-zenith satellite system) and Compass / Beidou-2 in next 10 years. This paper introduces the activities of the each GNSS and the trend of the multi-GNSS utilizations.
