[Vedettes matières IGN] Traitement de données GNSSRésumé : (auteur) People are fascinated today more than ever by the polar regions of the Earth. One reason for this is that wide expanses of the Arctic and Antarctic have not been explored and are therefore still viewed as frontier regions. Another is that they both have very diverse histories with regard to their origins and ice formation. Their numerous aspects still pose many puzzles for science today. The regions of the Earth designated as polar are those areas located between the North or South Pole and the Arctic or Antarctic Circles, respectively. The northern polar region, called the Arctic, encompasses the Arctic Ocean and a portion of some surrounding land masses. The southern polar region, called the Antarctic, contains the continent of Antarctica and areas of the surrounding Southern Ocean. In this paper three tests (2000, 2010 and 2021) of continuous GNSS data recorded by 8 permanent International GPS Service (IGS) stations in both Polar Regions have been processed by using CSRS-PPP Software for geodetic networks. The results also show that all GNSS provide good visibility with low elevation angles, whereas with high elevation angles, which might be needed due to natural barriers, the GLONASS and other satellites provides the highest number of visible satellites. Consequently, the mean motion of the study area was found approximately 7–15 cm for horizontal components (X–Y) and 6 cm for vertical components (Ellipsoidal Height) on the eight IGS points in the both poles. [Termes IGN] valeur aberranteRésumé : (auteur) The precise satellite clock bias prediction is critical in improving the positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) service capabilities of the global navigation satellite system (GNSS). Due to the influence of satellite signal path and the observation environment, the satellite clock bias data usually contain outliers that heavily affect the accuracy of satellite clock bias prediction. Based on the time series ARMA model and Bayes statistical theory, we propose a method to precisely predict satellite clock bias and detect outliers in the historical sequence of satellite clock bias. At first, considering the effects of an additive outlier (AO) and innovative outlier (IO), a labeling model for robustly fitting the time series ARMA model and detecting AOs and IOs simultaneously is constructed based on the labeling method of classification variables. Second, the Bayes method for robustly fitting time series ARMA model is proposed based on the Bayes statistical theory. Furthermore, it develops an algorithm to precisely predict satellite clock bias using the Bayes method for robustly fitting the time series ARMA model mentioned above. Finally, in order to illustrate the performance of the method for precisely predicting satellite clock bias that we presented, three examples are designed based on the real GPS data come from the IGS official website, and the prediction results of the method are compared with that of original ARMA model (oARMA), quadratic polynomial model (QP) and gray model (GM). It is found that the method can precisely predict the satellite clock bias as well as accurately detect the outliers in the historical sequence. [Vedettes matières IGN] Traitement de données GNSSRésumé : (auteur) A modified multipath error mitigation method using the multi-point hemispherical grid model (MHGM) is proposed, and the influence of changes in the observation environments of IGS stations on their data quality is evaluated. The multipath error models of different satellite pairs for different observation periods can be established using the integrated multi-GNSS data in the proposed method. The test under deliberate high multipath environment reveals that this method can effectively estimate the GNSS multipath error, detect and present the orientation of the interference sources around the station. The RMS of residuals and the kinematic positioning accuracy on day 237 of 2018 are improved by 68% and 61%, respectively. Compared with the empirical site model (ESM), which can also visualize the effects of the multipath, the RMS of residuals when applying the MHGM is improved by 20%. The test with IGS historical observations shows that MHGM can effectively reflect the influence of changing multipath interference around stations on carrier phase observations, with an average improvement of 25% in the RMS of carrier phase residuals in the extrapolated 9-day validations over the past 18 years. The results of a kinematic positioning experiment in 2019 generally coincide with the RMS statistic results of carrier phase residuals as well. The MHGM demonstrates distinct potential in the influence evaluation of changes for the multipath interference around the stations on their observation quality. [Termes IGN] teneur totale en électronsRésumé : (auteur) Solar activity and geomagnetic storm cause ionospheric disturbance and affect the GNSS positioning accuracy, which this effect cannot be ignored. The reliability depends mainly on differential code bias (DCB), when estimating the total electron content (TEC) with GNSS pseudorange observations. This study analyzes the variation characteristics of receiver DCB (RDCB) during a strong geomagnetic storm to determine whether the RDCB estimation is affected by space weather. Results show that the RDCB dispersion of low-latitude stations is larger than that of other areas. On the storm day, the RDCB standard deviation (STD) exhibits a peak characteristic and the number of RDCB abnormal stations is significantly more than that on quiet day. Analysis shows that the RDCB abnormality is caused by the ionospheric model misalignment during the ionospheric disturbance. By correcting the RDCB, the RDCB STD is reduced by 43.10%. Thus, the model correction can improve the estimation accuracy of RDCB during geomagnetic storm. [Termes IGN] temps réelRésumé : (auteur) Real-time precise point positioning (PPP) based on open-access real-time service (RTS) of the international GNSS service (IGS) has attracted increasing attention in recent years. For offshore applications, the receiving of RTS corrections becomes a major obstacle due to lack of internet-based infrastructures. Short-message communication (SMC) is a particular technique of BeiDou navigation satellite system (BDS), which can provide bidirectional communication between users in a cost-effective way. However, the limited bandwidth and frequency of BDS SMC make it impossible to directly broadcast IGS RTS corrections with BDS SMC. An offshore real-time PPP technique is proposed based on IGS RTS corrections with a single set of BDS SMC devices for communication. RTS orbit corrections in the along-track, cross-track and radial directions, the clock correction and the code bias correction of each satellite are together converted into an equivalent range correction on the basis of user approximate position and will-be-used code observation types. The range corrections within 1 min are fitted into a first-order polynomial. Only the range and range-rate corrections at the reference time are broadcast with BDS SMC. In addition, different from broadcasting corrections of all satellites in the IGS RTS, corrections of only visible satellites are encoded into a BDS SMC correction message to further reduce the data size. The encoding strategy of BDS SMC correction message and a detailed procedure of the offshore real-time PPP technique are presented. The land-simulated and offshore experiment results show that the proposed technique can meet the demands of high-precision offshore applications.
