[Termes IGN] qualité des donnéesRésumé : (auteur) In recent years, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have become increasingly important as a tool for quickly collecting high-resolution (spatial and spectral) imagery of the Earth's surface. The final products are highly dependent on the choice of values for various parameters in flight planning, the type of sensors, and the processing of the data. In this paper ground control points (GCPs) were first measured using the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) method, and then due to the low height accuracy of the GNSS RTK method all points were measured using a detailed leveling method. This study aims to provide a basic assessment of quality, including four main aspects: (1) the difference between an RGB sensor and a five-band multispectral sensor on accuracy and the amount of data, (2) the impact of the number of GCPs on the accuracy of the final products, (3) the impact of different altitudes and cross flight strips, and (4) the accuracy analysis of multi-altitude models. The results suggest that the type of sensor, flight configuration, and GCP setup strongly affect the quality and quantity of the final product data while creating a multi-altitude model does not result in the expected quality of data. With its unique combination of sensors and parameters, the results and recommendations presented in this paper can assist professionals and researchers in their future work. [Termes IGN] signal GNSSRésumé : (auteur) Global navigation satellite system (GNSS) precise point positioning (PPP) has potential as an alternative or replacement for real-time kinematic (RTK) processing. In this work, we reached for RTK levels of performance without the need for local information through PPP (i.e., centimeter-level positioning that was reached near-instantaneously). This work makes use of information currently available from processing signals from global positioning system (GPS), Galileo, BeiDou-2/3, and GLONASS by fixing ambiguities for the first three constellations on all available frequencies. This processing was done using a four-frequency, four-constellation uncombined decoupled clock model (DCM) that has been expanded as part of this work. The results were tested on 1448 global datasets and showed that instantaneous convergence on average to 2.5 cm error can be achieved for 81% of the stations. These findings were reinforced by the results of epoch-by-epoch processing, as an average of 80% of all single epochs converged below 2.5 cm error at 1σ, as opposed to less than the 0.5% typically observed for classic PPP. [Termes IGN] résolution d'ambiguïtéRésumé : (auteur) How to conduct the GNSS real-time kinematic precise positioning in challenging environments is not an easy problem. The challenging environment mainly refers to frequent signal reflection, refraction, diffraction, and occlusion, inevitably introducing large positioning errors. We propose a resilient positioning method considering the inequality and equality constraints. Specifically, first, we introduce the functional and stochastic models of real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning, considering the impacts of challenging environments. Second, specific iterative procedures of resilient GNSS precise positioning method with inequality and equality constraints are proposed. In addition, a general form of inequality constraints in terms of coordinate components is given that is suitable for real-time kinematic situations. Four 24-h real datasets in canyon environments were collected to verify the performance of the proposed method. The results show that compared with the traditional RTK positioning without inequality constraints, the proposed method can improve the success rates of ambiguity resolution by 42.2% on average. Also, the positioning accuracy of fixed solutions can be improved significantly after applying the proposed method, where the root mean square errors can be reduced by 77.2% on average. Therefore, the proposed method can significantly improve success rates of ambiguity resolution and positioning accuracy, which is especially promising in challenging environments. [Termes IGN] temps de convergenceRésumé : (auteur) PPP-RTK is Precise Point Positioning (PPP) using corrections from a ground reference network, which enables single-receiver users with integer ambiguity resolution thereby improving its performance. However, most of the PPP-RTK studies are investigated and evaluated in a static situation or a post-processing mode because of the complexity of implementation in real-time practical applications. Moreover, although PPP-RTK achieves a faster convergence than PPP, it typically needs 30 s or even longer to derive high-accuracy results. We have implemented a real-time PPP-RTK approach based on undifferenced observations and State-Space Representation corrections with a fast convergence of less than 30 s to support autonomous driving of inland waterway vessels. The PPP-RTK performances and their feasibility to support autonomous driving have been evaluated and validated in a real-time inland waterway navigation. It proves the PPP-RTK approach can realize a precise positioning of less than 10 cm in horizontal with a rapid convergence. The convergence time is within 10 s after a normal bridge passing and less than 30 s after a complicated bridge passing. Moreover, the PPP-RTK approach can be extended to outside of the GNSS station network. Even if the location is 100 km away from the border of the GNSS station network, the PPP-RTK convergence time after a bridge passing is also normally less than 30 s. We have realized the first automated entry into a waterway lock for a vessel supported by PPP-RTK and taken the first step toward autonomous driving of inland vessels based on PPP-RTK.
