[Termes IGN] système d'information géographiqueRésumé : (auteur) It is well agreed that geologic risk occurs during hydrocarbon exploration because diverse uncertainties accompany the entire hydrocarbon system parameters such as the source rock, reservoir rock, trap and seal rock. In order to overcome such attributes with uncertainties, a number of soft computing methods are used. Information granules could be provided by the Rough Fuzzy Set Granulation (RFSG) with a thorough quality evaluation. This is capable of attribute reduction that has been claimed to be essential in investigating the hydrocarbon systems. This paper is an endeavor to recommend a Geospatial Information System (GIS)-based model with the aim of categorizing the hydrocarbon structures map consistent with the uncertainty range concepts of geologic risk in the rough fuzzy sets and granular computing. The model used the RFSG for the attribute reduction by a Decision Logic language (DL-language). The RFSG was employed in order to classify hydrocarbon structures according to geological risk and extract the fuzzy rules with a predefined range of uncertainty. In order to assess the precisions of the fuzzy decisions on the hydrocarbon structure classification, the fuzzy entropy and fuzzy cross-entropy are applied. The proposed RFSG model applied for 62 structures as the training data, average fuzzy entropy has been calculated as 0.85, whereas the average fuzzy cross-entropy has been calculated 0.18. As it can be discerned, just seven structures had cross-entropies greater than 0.1, while three structures were larger than 0.3. It is implied that the precision of the proposed model is about 89%. The results yielded two reductions for the condition attributes and 11 fuzzy rules being filtered by the granular computing values. Two GNSS data sets (IGS repro1 and CODE REPRO2015), representative of the first and second IGS reprocessing, were compared. Significant differences were found in the number and positions of detected change-points due to different a priori ZHD models, antenna/radome calibrations, and mapping functions. The more recent models used in the CODE solution have reduced noise and allow the segmentation to detect smaller offsets. Similarly, the more recent reanalysis ERA5 has reduced representativeness errors, improved quality compared to ERA-Interim, and achieves higher sensitivity of the segmentation. Only 45–50% of the detected change-points are similar between the two GNSS data sets or between the two reanalyses, compared to 70–80% when the length of the time series or the auxiliary data are changed. About 35% of the change-points are validated with respect to metadata. The uncertainty in the homogenized trends is estimated to be around 0.01–0.02 kg m−2 year−1. [Termes IGN] télémètre laser terrestreRésumé : (Auteur) The perfect knowledge about the scanned object’s geometry is essential for the empirical analysis of the stochastic properties of terrestrial laser scanners (TLSs). The Bonn reference wall is intended to be used as a reference for TLS quality investigations. Therefore, it is necessary to know the geometry of the wall at each time of scanning to avoid the misinterpretation of possible movements as systematic effects in the scanner. For this reason, we investigate the stability of the Bonn reference wall in this study. This includes the definition of a geodetic datum, the quantification of displacements, and the establishment of a suited deformation model. Since we discover a movement of about 1 mm within one day and up to 7 mm over the year, it is necessary to establish a cause-response deformation model to correct the wall movements in the scans. This study proposes two dynamic deformation models to compensate for the movements of the wall within one day and within a year. Our results show that it is better to measure the initial geometry of the wall each day since 89 % of the relative movements can be reduced to a maximum of 0.25 mm with a standard deviation of 0.16 mm (0.23 mm without modeling). If the shape is not initially known each day, the standard deviation of the displacements can be reduced from 1.10 mm to 0.61 mm, but the largest residuals still amount up to 2.5 mm, which is not sufficient for stochastic TLS investigations. [Termes IGN] variable aléatoireRésumé : (auteur) In this paper, we describe a framework to find a good quality waste collection tour after a flood, without having to solve a complicated optimization problem from scratch in limited time. We model the computation of a waste collection tour as a capacitated routing problem, on the vertices or on the edges of a graph, with uncertain waste quantities and uncertain road availability. Multiple models have been conceived to manage uncertainty in routing problems, and we build on the ideas of discretizing the uncertain parameters and computing master solutions that can be adapted to propose an original method to compute efficient solutions. We first introduce our model for the progressive removal of the uncertainty, then outline our method to compute solutions: our method first considers a low-dimensional set of random variables that govern the behaviour of the problem parameters, discretizes these variables and computes a solution for each discrete point before the flood, and then uses these solutions as a basis to build operational solutions when there are enough information about the parameters of the routing problem. We then give computational tools to implement this method. We give a framework to compute the basis of solutions in an efficient way, by computing all the solutions simultaneously and sharing information (that can lead to good quality solutions) between the different problems based on how close their parameters are, and we also describe how real solutions can be derived from this basis. Our main contributions are our model for the progressive removal of uncertainty, our multi-step method to compute efficient solutions, and our intrusive framework to compute solutions on the discrete grid of parameters.
