[Termes IGN] SlovénieRésumé : (Auteur) The topic of this paper is the challenges of using remote sensing technologies as one of the potential data sources for the establishment of a 3D real property cadastre in Slovenia. More than a decade ago, the legal basis for the registration of property rights on the buildings and parts of buildings was provided in Slovenia, and for this purpose, the Building Cadastre was established. The analyses of the current data within the Land Cadastre and the Building Cadastre revealed that the 3D graphical representation of buildings, where the second level of detail (LoD 2) was discussed, requires additional data in which significant roof points should be additionally acquired. For this purpose, i.e. the creation of a graphical 3D-model of a building at the level LoD 2, we use the cadastral and national topographic data that covers the entire state territory, which are stereopairs of aerial photographs of the cyclic aerial survey (CAS) and airborne laser scanning data. Using a case study, we have analysed and discussed the appropriateness of the state airborne laser scanning data as an additional data source, along with the current cadastral data, for the creation of 3D-building model at the second level of detail, which is important from the cadastral as well as topographic perspective. [Termes IGN] résiduRésumé : (Auteur) Variance components analysis of residual errors remaining in the GPS double-difference phase observations is presented in this paper. These errors arise due to unmodeled ionospheric, tropospheric and multipath effects and limit the accuracy of n (northwards), e (eastwards) and u (upwards) coordinate estimates. In addition, there are unavoidable pure random errors. An integral approach to variance components estimation of the residual errors is presented herein. The mathematical basis of the approach lies in the two-way nested classification, where one uses a linear model with random effects. It turned out that, for a baseline of 40km in length at mid-latitude region and during a year of the lowest sunspot activity in the 11-year cycle, daily standard deviations estimates of combined tropospheric and ionospheric effects are with intervals of ~1–11mm, ~1–7mm and ~4–51mm for n, e and u coordinate, respectively. In the same order, for the multipath effects, the intervals are ~4–12mm, ~3–9mm and ~8–30mm, while with pure random error those are ~5–9mm, ~4–7mm and ~9–20mm. It is important to say that the highest values arise in summer and the lowest in winter period. [Termes IGN] réseau à haut débitRésumé : (Auteur) The development of GNSS technology (Global Navigation Satellite Systems), including GPS technology (Global Positioning System), and the increase of accuracy and precision of the International GNSS Service (IGS) products, make Precise Point Positioning (PPP) technique more and more attractive. The IGS service provides clock products even for high rate determination – 30 seconds. The article is analyzing and comparing the 30 seconds high rate data and the interpolated data from 300 seconds in static PPP determination. Three stages of analysis are done: in the first stage the impact of data products on LC and PC postfit residuals are accounted, in the second stage the impact on wet troposphere delays (WTD) is analyzed and in the third stage the coordinate variation on North, East and Up component is presented. The stations that were analyzed are two IGS stations, BUCU and SOFI and two EUREF
stations: COST and AUT1. The results presented an increase of 30% for LC postfit residuals in the case of interpolated data and no obvious influence on PC postfit residuals. In the case of WTD only a difference of a few centimeters were determined and in the case of coordinate variation the largest difference was present in the North component for station COST of 5.79 mm.Numéro de notice : A2016-748 Affiliation des auteurs : non IGN Thématique : POSITIONNEMENT Nature : Article DOI : 10.15292/geodetski-vestnik.2016.03.483-494 En ligne : https://dx.doi.org/10.15292/geodetski-vestnik.2016.03.483-494 Format de la ressource électronique : URL article Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=82294

[Termes IGN] qualité des donnéesRésumé : (Auteur) The goal of this study was a better understanding of the quality of Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI), and by extension its utility. The research focused on the applicability of OpenStreetMap (OSM) building data for official spatial databases. In terms of feature completeness, the achieved results are in-line with other similar studies. The study concluded that in town centres the completeness of OSM data is relatively high but decreases further away from urban centres. It demonstrated that attribute completeness also relies on the level of urbanization as well as the nature of attribute. Furthermore, a very high overall positional accuracy was determined for OSM building data that ranged between 0.6 m in urban areas and 1.7 m in rural areas. This result is more than five times better than the frequently cited OSM accuracy results obtained by Haklay in 2010. In this work, a novel tool is introduced to help assess the completeness of OSM building-tagged features. The proposed index, called the matching feature area-based completeness, estimates the completeness of any areal feature set. This index is also flexible because it is neither affected by discrepancies in the feature outline modelling nor by the degree of abstraction. In addition, the author proposed a simple method to update the official register using the large volume of OSM building data “over-completeness” together with the building data excess indicator.
