[Termes IGN] ville intelligenteRésumé : (auteur) This article shows a novel geo-visualization method of dynamic spatiotemporal data that allows mobility and concentration of criminal activity to be study. The method was developed using, only and significantly, real data of Santiago de Cali (Colombia), collected by the Colombian National Police (PONAL). This method constitutes a tool that allows criminal influx to be analyzed by concentration, zone, time slot and date. In addition to the field experience of police commanders, it allows patterns of criminal activity to be detected, thereby enabling a better distribution and management of police resources allocated to crime deterrence, prevention and control. Additionally, it may be applied to the concepts of safe city and smart city of the PONAL within the architecture of Command and Control System (C2S) of Command and Control Centers for Public Safety. Furthermore, it contributes to a better situational awareness and improves the future projection, agility, efficiency and decision-making processes of police officers, which are all essential for fulfillment of police missions against crime. Finally, this was developed using an open source software, it can be adapted to any other city, be used with real-time data and be implemented, if necessary, with the geographic software of any other C2S. [Termes IGN] vitesse angulaireRésumé : (éditeur) This open access book mainly focuses on the safe control of robot manipulators. The control schemes are mainly developed based on dynamic neural network, which is an important theoretical branch of deep reinforcement learning. In order to enhance the safety performance of robot systems, the control strategies include adaptive tracking control for robots with model uncertainties, compliance control in uncertain environments, obstacle avoidance in dynamic workspace. The idea for this book on solving safe control of robot arms was conceived during the industrial applications and the research discussion in the laboratory. Most of the materials in this book are derived from the authors’ papers published in journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, neurocomputing, etc. This book can be used as a reference book for researcher and designer of the robotic systems and AI based controllers, and can also be used as a reference book for senior undergraduate and graduate students in colleges and universities. Note de contenu : 1- Adaptive Jacobian based trajectory tracking for redundant manipulators with model uncertainties in repetitive tasks
2- RNN based trajectory control for manipulators with uncertain kinematic parameters

[Termes IGN] système de contrôleRésumé : (Auteur) GPS provides position and velocity measurements, from which attitude information can also be synthesized for a fixed wing-aircraft. This suggests the potential of implementing a single-antenna GPS receiver as the sole navigation sensor for an aircraft. For several years, researchers at Seoul National University have investigated the feasibility of developing a low-cost automatic flight control system based on this design. Flight tests described have demonstrated that a single-antenna GPS receiver could be used as a primary sensor for low-cost flight control system of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or a backup system for an expensive UAV or general aviation (GA). Radio astronomy, key to disclosing the mysteries of the universe, is impossible without high-precision aiming of the telescope. The same is true with respect to the monitoring of dams for safety purposes. The present authors, both with Sokkia, first treat the collimation technique applied to monitor world's largest millimetre-wavelength telescope in Nobeyama, Japan that resulted in discovery of the first black hole. They next consider automatic deformation monitoring system at thirteen of South Korea's multipurpose dams.
