[Termes IGN] test de performanceRésumé : (auteur) There are many positioning methods based on the usage of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). They are classified according to the accuracy they can achieve, the time needed to obtain fixed solutions and the concept of positioning - number of used receivers, type of measurement, type of GNSS system, etc. One of the most important ways to do this is PPP (Precise Point Positioning) method, primarily because of its simplicity and cost-effectiveness. The paper describes PPP positioning method, its advantages and limitations, as well as the errors that can occur. It also provides an analysis of the performance of PPP method - precision, convergence time, loss of data reception, repeatability of positioning results and accuracy based on three measurement series in duration of 4 hours each, conducted on different days. By comparing the obtained coordinates with reference ones determined by AUSPOS web service, it can be concluded that the difference between these two sets of coordinates varies from 1 cm to 7 cm, while the accuracy of measured height is lower and the difference varies from 7 cm to 20 cm. The prevention of inappropriate lighting conditions is important for the correct recording of the image of bar code section. This paper examines the systematic error as a function of the angle of incidence at which an bar code is illuminated by artificial lighting in low light conditions. Further, the procedure of measurements and the analysis of results for the identification of such errors is proposed. The results of experimental measurements highlight the inappropriateness of bar code illumination at an angle of incidence of more than about 45 °. From the practical measurements, it was found that the angle of incidence 55 ° corresponds to an error of about 0.02 mm, which is twice as much as the resolution of the height measurement determined by the manufacturer. [Termes IGN] utilisation du solRésumé : (auteur) The LPIS (Land Parcel Identification System) supports area-based payment schemes in EU countries under the Common Agricultural Policy and is a useful tool enabling the proper functioning of the structural agriculture support mechanism. This study analyses the agricultural parcel management system in Poland in the context of solutions applied in the EU within the Common Agricultural Policy. The research concerns solutions applied in the field of the LPIS system, arising from European legal and technical specifications, particularly those referring to the adopted type of a reference parcel (agricultural parcel, cadastral parcel, farmers’ block, physical block, topographic block). Based on the data originating from LPIS questionnaire interviews, a study was conducted related to the adopted models of reference parcels in the EU countries and regions, including in Poland in the years 2006–2016. The research sample comprised LPIS systems functioning in the EU in the analytical period. In the paper, it is demonstrated how the implemented models of reference parcels had been changing over time and the most frequent reasons of the changes were indicated. Poland is one of few EU Member States in which the Land and Property Register has been the basis for the LPIS since 2006. The conclusions of the research provide a basis for planning of a change in LPIS in Poland. [Termes IGN] République TchèqueRésumé : (auteur) This paper introduces the process of land consolidation and current use of geographic information systems (GIS) in the Czech Republic. Contemporary land consolidation in the Central European region, unlike Western Europe, has been implemented relatively recently, hence there is no contingency or previous experience to build upon. This brings about an opportunity for a modern design of GIS‐based land consolidation. Although the design of land consolidation projects in the Czech Republic is mainly conducted in CAD software, this paper focuses on the utilisation of GIS and stresses the importance of standardisation of land consolidation data. Standardisation allows automatic processing of data as well as effortless publishing. The author proposes a new object‐oriented data model of the landscape plan (Common Facilities Plan), which allows for the storing of such plans in a central spatial database and adding attribute information to each object, thus providing analysis of the data in a GIS. The data model alongside data standardisation lays the groundwork for the architectural proposal of a new GIS (geoportal) of Common Facilities Plans.
