[Vedettes matières IGN] Inventaire forestierRésumé : (auteur) A willingness to create precise definitions for terms describing forest resources between the National Forest Inventory (NFIs) data providers and UN international organisations dates back to the late nineties. European NFIs enhanced this harmonisation process by introducing the concepts of (i) reference definitions agreed by consensus but enforcing a more rigorous interpretation of such definitions (ii) bridges that allow for the transformation of national data into comparable data using an associated reference definition. Illustrative examples of some key definitions and case studies for generating comparable data are the core focus of this chapter. Discussions on recent harmonisation processes, including the way of working and a framework for future proposals are given by way of conclusion. [Termes IGN] utilisateurRésumé : (auteur) The concept of integer ambiguity resolution-enabled Precise Point Positioning (PPP-RTK) relies on appropriate network information for the parameters that are common between the single-receiver user that applies and the network that provides this information. Most of the current methods for PPP-RTK are based on forming the ionosphere-free combination using dual-frequency Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) observations. These methods are therefore restrictive in the light of the development of new multi-frequency GNSS constellations, as well as from the point of view that the PPP-RTK user requires ionospheric corrections to obtain integer ambiguity resolution results based on short observation time spans. The method for PPP-RTK that is presented in this article does not have above limitations as it is based on the undifferenced, uncombined GNSS observation equations, thereby keeping all parameters in the model. Working with the undifferenced observation equations implies that the models are rank-deficient; not all parameters are unbiasedly estimable, but only combinations of them. By application of S-system theory the model is made of full rank by constraining a minimum set of parameters, or S-basis. The choice of this S-basis determines the estimability and the interpretation of the parameters that are transmitted to the PPP-RTK users. As this choice is not unique, one has to be very careful when comparing network solutions in different S-systems; in that case the S-transformation, which is provided by the S-system method, should be used to make the comparison. Knowing the estimability and interpretation of the parameters estimated by the network is shown to be crucial for a correct interpretation of the estimable PPP-RTK user parameters, among others the essential ambiguity parameters, which have the integer property which is clearly following from the interpretation of satellite phase biases from the network. The flexibility of the S-system method is furthermore demonstrated by the fact that all models in this article are derived in multi-epoch mode, allowing to incorporate dynamic model constraints on all or subsets of parameters. [Termes IGN] surveillanceRésumé : (auteur) This dissertation investigates the problem of localising multiple persons in image sequences, while, at the same time, establishing temporal correspondences between single-frame locations. The aim of this work is the improvement of the reliability and precision of the generated trajectories, which is addressed by the formulation and investigation of a joint probabilistic model for the recursive filtering of the estimated positions. The trajectories are estimated in a common 3D object coordinate system, which was previously almost exclusively done in 2D. Note de contenu : 1. Introduction

Toutes les séries chronologiques relatives aux produits forestiers, à partir de 1961, sont disponibles sous forme électronique sur disque compact (FAOSTAT CD) et sur Internet à l’adresse suivante: http://www.fao.org/forestry/statistics/fr/.Numéro de notice : IFN_825 Affiliation des auteurs : non IGN Thématique : FORET Nature : Rapport statistique En ligne : http://www.fao.org/3/a-i5542m.pdf Format de la ressource électronique : URL Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=82112 PermalinkPermalinkThe International DORIS Service (IDS) : Recent developments in preparation for ITRF2013 / Pascal Willis (2016)PermalinkTrouver le Nord / Olivier Le Carrer (2016)PermalinkA “very large scale core street map” to prevent damages on underground pipelines during pipe-works [diaporama] / Pascal Lory (2016)PermalinkA WFS profile for the national urban planning website: géoportail de l’urbanisme [diaporama] / Marie Lambois (2016)PermalinkLa genèse du Système International de Référence Terrestre (ITRS) / Claude Boucher in XYZ, n° 145 (décembre 2015 - février 2016)PermalinkThe impact of planning on pedestrian movement: contrasting pedestrian movement models in pre-modern and modern neighborhoods in Israel / Itzhak Omer in International journal of geographical information science IJGIS, vol 29 n° 12 (December 2015)PermalinkAccurate attribute mapping from volunteered geographic information: issues of volunteer quantity and quality / Giles M.
