The new map grids are made for official cartographic map scales. The new nomenclature system is developed for the offi-cial cartographic map scales: 1:250 000, 1:100 000, 1:50 000, 1:25 000, 1:10 000, 1:5 000, 1:2 000, 1:1 000 and 1:500. Nomenclature is represented of unique alphanumeric syntax. Sheet indexing using unique integer is more suitable considering Information and Communications Technologies (ICT). Every map sheet has the nomenclature and the unique integer index. The present report describes activities carried out at the Session. Positive achievements in the work of geographical names standardization by participating countries can be recognized. Montenegro activated in the ECSEE Division as new Division member country. The Session expressed special interests on the items geographical names as cultural heritages, geographi-cal names databases and usage of information communication technologies in geographical names standardization.
