[Termes IGN] signalRésumé : (auteur) Accurate ranging and wideband tracking are treated as two independent and separate processes in traditional radar systems. As a result, limited by low data rate due to nonsequential processing, accurate ranging usually performs low efficiency in practical application. Similarly, without applying accurate ranging, the data after thresholding and clustering are used in wideband tracking, leading to a significant decrease in tracking accuracy. In this article, an integrated Kalman filter of accurate ranging and tracking is proposed using methods of phase-derived-ranging and Bayesian inference in wideband radar. Besides the motion state, in this integrated Kalman filter, the complex-valued high-resolution range profile (HRRP) is also introduced as a reference signal by coherent integration in a sliding window, which incorporates target’s scattering distribution and phase characteristics. Corresponding kinetic equations are derived to predict the motion state and the reference signal in the next moment. A ranging process is constructed based on the received signal and the predicted reference signal in order to estimate innovation using methods of phase-derived-ranging and Bayesian inference, and a sequential update for motion state can be accomplished with the Kalman filter as well. In every recursion, the complex-valued reference signal is also updated by coherently integrating the latest pulses. The integrated Kalman filter takes full use of high range resolution and phase information, improving both efficiency and precision compared with conventional approaches of ranging and wideband tracking. Implemented in a sequential manner, the integrated Kalman filter can be applied in a real-time application, realizing simultaneous ranging with high precision and wideband tracking. Finally, simulated and real-measured experiments confirm the remarkable performance. [Termes IGN] test de performanceRésumé : (Auteur) A new approach is presented for mapping 3-D surface displacement caused by subsurface fluid volumetric change based on 1-D interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) line-of-sight measurements and surface deformation modeling. The relationship between surface deformation and source fluid volumetric change is modeled according to elastic half-space theory. A distinctive advantage of the proposed approach is that it effectively extends the capability of the sun-synchronous orbit side-looking synthetic aperture radar that has been essentially only able to measure 1-D displacements accurately or at most 2-D displacements when InSAR measurements from more than one orbit or platform are combined. Experimental studies are carried out with both simulated and real data sets to test the performance of the method. The results have demonstrated that the approach works very well. [Termes IGN] reconstruction d'imageRésumé : (Auteur) The ability to accurately represent a hyperspectral image (HSI) as a combination of a small number of elements from an appropriate dictionary underpins much of the recent progress in hyperspectral compressive sensing (HCS). Preserving structure in the sparse representation is critical to achieving an accurate reconstruction but has thus far only been partially exploited because existing methods assume a predefined dictionary. To address this problem, a structured sparsity-based hyperspectral blind compressive sensing method is presented in this study. For the reconstructed HSI, a data-adaptive dictionary is learned directly from its noisy measurements, which promotes the underlying structured sparsity and obviously improves reconstruction accuracy. Specifically, a fully structured dictionary prior is first proposed to jointly depict the structure in each dictionary atom as well as the correlation between atoms, where the magnitude of each atom is also regularized. Then, a reweighted Laplace prior is employed to model the structured sparsity in the representation of the HSI. Based on these two priors, a unified optimization framework is proposed to learn both the dictionary and sparse representation from the measurements by alternatively optimizing two separate latent variable Bayes models. With the learned dictionary, the structured sparsity of HSIs can be well described by the reweighted Laplace prior. In addition, both the learned dictionary and sparse representation are robust to noise corruption in the measurements. Extensive experiments on three hyperspectral data sets demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms several state-of-the-art HCS methods in terms of the reconstruction accuracy achieved.
