Given these conditions, which are methods most suited to arriving at geo-data of appropriate quality whilst costs, time and means are kept whithin limits ? The authors show that mobile GIS in combination with very high-resolution satellite (Ikonos) imagery is able to provide results of sufficient accuracy in a cost-effective and time-efficient way.
