[Termes IGN] trace numériqueRésumé : (auteur) This paper addresses the issue of quality in the context of collaborative edition of spatial content. The overall approach is grounded on the definition of explicit and adequate specifications for such content, i.e. the data model, the conceptual model, conventions for data acquisition, possible integrity constraints, possible relationships with external reference data. Explicit specifications could be processed to automatically check when different users simultaneously contribute on the same area. Their definition requires expertness, firstly, to ensure spatial content consistency and, secondly, to establish relevant relationships with external reference data. Designing these specifications is not an easy task for contributors. Hence, the focus of this paper is to assist them in this task. We propose a generic process to automatically produce specification items such as feature types, attribute types, and relationship types, including possible relationship types with external reference data from a set of keywords. It exploits information from two different kinds of existing contents: user generated content (like Wikipedia) and more conventional content (like WordNet and NMA databases). It has been applied to keywords found in existing user generated spatial contents. [Termes IGN] OWLRésumé : (auteur) We propose in this paper a method for measuring the distance between ontologies susceptible to describe a common domain and for assessing the feasibility of their integration. This method is in two steps: the first step determines the potentially common parts of two ontologies, based on a prior alignment carried out between them. The second step computes the distance between these parts with regards to both their levels of detail and their structures, by exploiting the mappings contained in the alignment and adapting the Tree Edit Distance method. We limit our study here to lightweight ontologies, i.e., taxonomies represented in OWL1, the Ontology Web Language. This method was implemented and applied to real ontologies of the geographic domain. The results obtained so far seem significant. This can only be done through a deep understanding of databases mum= and content. In this poster, we propose to do that through the elicitation and formalisation of geographic database specifications, relying on OWL ontologies, as recommended in {he semantic Web community. We thus propose a general ontology for eliciting key concepts manipulated by data specifications, and rules to build local ontologies representing knowledge contained in specific data specifications.
