[Vedettes matières IGN] Traitement de données GNSSMots-clés libres : Multi-GNSS Experiment (MGEX) Résumé : (Auteur) A joint-processing model for multi-GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, BDS and GALILEO) precise point positioning (PPP) is proposed, in which raw code and phase observations are used. In the proposed model, inter-system biases (ISBs) and GLONASS code inter-frequency biases (IFBs) are carefully considered, among which GLONASS code IFBs are modeled as a linear function of frequency numbers. To get the full rank function model, the unknowns are re-parameterized and the estimable slant ionospheric delays and ISBs/IFBs are derived and estimated simultaneously. One month of data in April, 2015 from 32 stations of the International GNSS Service (IGS) Multi-GNSS Experiment (MGEX) tracking network have been used to validate the proposed model. Preliminary results show that RMS values of the positioning errors (with respect to external double-difference solutions) for static/kinematic solutions (four systems) are 6.2 mm/2.1 cm (north), 6.0 mm/2.2 cm (east) and 9.3 mm/4.9 cm (up). One-day stabilities of the estimated ISBs described by STD values are 0.36 and 0.38 ns, for GLONASS and BDS, respectively. Significant ISB jumps are identified between adjacent days for all stations, which are caused by the different satellite clock datums in different days and for different systems. Unlike ISBs, the estimated GLONASS code IFBs are quite stable for all stations, with an average STD of 0.04 ns over a month. Single-difference experiment of short baseline shows that PPP ionospheric delays are more precise than traditional leveling ionospheric delays. [Termes IGN] représentation parcimonieuseRésumé : (Auteur) Image registration is an important preprocessing step in many synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image applications. A key issue in image registration is to reliably establish the correspondences between the feature points extracted from the reference and sensed images. A new point matching algorithm is proposed in this paper to align two SAR images. In the proposed method, by considering image patches as the basic units, a novel local descriptor including the intensity and geometric information is assigned to each feature point, which is more robust to speckle noise. Furthermore, a correspondence establishment scheme is introduced based on the reconstruction errors between feature points calculated by the sparse representation (SR) technique, which is designed for achieving accurate matches. Based on the obtained SR coefficients, a coordinate correction procedure is further proposed for improving the localization accuracy of the obtained correspondences. Both simulated deformed and real SAR images are utilized to evaluate the performance. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method yields a better registration performance in terms of both accuracy and robustness. [Termes IGN] service écosystémiqueRésumé : (auteur) The mapping of ecosystem service supply has become quite common in ecosystem service assessment practice for terrestrial ecosystems, but land cover remains the most common indicator for ecosystems ability to deliver ecosystem services. For marine ecosystems, practice is even less advanced, with a clear deficit in spatially-explicit assessments of ecosystem service supply. This situation, which generates considerable uncertainty in the assessment of ecosystems’ ability to support current and future human well-being, contrasts with increasing understanding of the role of terrestrial and marine biodiversity for ecosystem functioning and thereby for ecosystem services. This paper provides a synthesis of available approaches, models and tools, and data sources, that are able to better link ecosystem service mapping to current understanding of the role of ecosystem service providing organisms and land/seascape structure in ecosystem functioning. Based on a review of literature, models and associated geo-referenced metrics are classified according to the way in which land or marine use, ecological processes and especially biodiversity effects are represented. We distinguish five types of models: proxy-based, phenomenological, niche-based, trait-based and full-process. Examples from each model type are presented and data requirements considered. Our synthesis demonstrates that the current understanding of the role of biota in ecosystem services can effectively be incorporated into mapping approaches and opens avenues for further model development using hybrid approaches tailored to available resources. We end by discussing ways to resolve sources of uncertainty associated with model representation of biotic processes and with data availability. [Termes IGN] pondérationRésumé : (Auteur) Sparse unmixing (SU) of hyperspectral data have recently received particular attention for analyzing remote sensing images, which aims at finding the optimal subset of signatures to best model the mixed pixel in the scene. However, most SU methods are based on the commonly admitted linear mixing model, which ignores the possible nonlinear effects (i.e., nonlinearity), and the nonlinearity is merely treated as outlier. Besides, the traditional SU algorithms often adopt the ℓ2 norm loss function, which makes them sensitive to noises and outliers. In this paper, we propose a robust SU (RSU) method with ℓ2,1 norm loss function, which is robust for noises and outliers. Then, the RSU can be solved by the alternative direction method of multipliers. Finally, the experiments on both synthetic data sets and real hyperspectral images demonstrate that the proposed RSU is efficient for solving the hyperspectral SU problem compared with the state-of-the-art algorithms.
