In particular, the possibilities, given by these information systems, to visualize the 3D model and to formulate queries have placed the question of the information sharing in digital format. The integration of information systems represents an efficient solution for defining smart, sustainable and resilient projects, such as conservation and restoration processes, giving the possibilities to combine heterogeneous data. GIS provides a robust data storage system, a definition of topological and semantic relationships and spatial queries. 3D GIS makes possible the creation of three-dimensional model in a geospatial context. To promote the interoperability of GIS data, the present research aims first to analyse methods of conversion in CityGML and IndoorGML model, defining an ontological domain. This has led to the creation of a new enriched model, based on connections among the different elements of the urban model in GIS environment, and to the possibility to formulate queries based on these relations. The second step consists in collecting all data translated into a specific format that fill a graph database in a semantic web environment, while maintaining those relationships. The semantic web technology represents an efficient tool of interoperability that leaves open the possibility to import BIM data in the same graph database and to join both GIS and BIM models. The outcome will offer substantial benefits during the entire project life cycle. This methodology can also be applied to cultural heritage where the information management plays a key role. [Termes descripteurs IGN] occupation du solRésumé : (Auteur) The combination of elevation data together with multispectral high-resolution images is a new methodology for obtaining land use/land cover classification. It represents a step forward for both the accuracy and automation of LULC applications and allows users to setup thematic assignments through rules based on feature attributes and human expert interpretation of land usage. The synergy between different types of information means that LiDAR can give new hints at both the segmentation and hybrid classification steps, leading to a joint use of multispectral, spatial and elevation data. The output is a thematic map characterized by a custom-designed legend that is able to discriminate between land cover classes with similar spectral characteristics (level 3 of the CLC legend). Experimental results from a hilly farmland area with some urban structures (Musone river basin, Ancona, Italy) are used to highlight how the proposed methodology enhances land cover classification in heterogeneous environments. [Termes descripteurs IGN] visualisation 3DRésumé : (Auteur) The modem digital cartography, represented by numerical cartography, digital elevation models (DEM, DTM, DSM), orthoimages or the same like photo textured on DEM, is the metrically correct and highly descriptive system on which integrate any other source of information. These three-dimensional models in dynamic GIS can provide an interesting tool for the environmental and territorial data management. Aim of this research is to set up procedures for generating a three-dimensional map with maximum characteristics of description and the best accuracy, in order to be over the bidimensional GIS mapping system. DTMs, orthoimages and their 3D models overlay are performed by softwares dedicated to digital photogrammetry (ER Mapper, Surfer) and CAD designs (3dStudio Max, AutoCAD 2000). Successively these representations have been elaborated within the GIS system for a series of different themes and queries, which can be of a great support for a decision system. The use of geographic computerised system is fundamental to acquire, manage and revise all sort of information. This work shows how to create a complete, as far as the cartography is concerned, threedimensional database within the GIS system. Digital sensor derived images, or digitalised images, remote sensing acquired, or any other spatial referred qualitative or quantitative data can be used as data for the application of new methodologies and new procedures for the cartographical elaborations and their representations. Their final products, or the intermediate ones, are easily managed by very well and worldwide known systems, such as the GIS one.
