To this end, we review the accessibility measures used in transport planning strategies and highlight important factors in modelling transport accessibility. Further, an overview of the studies of transport accessibility modelling in Slovenia is presented. The suggested raster model upgrades the current practice of modelling transport accessibility in Slovenia by considering the influence of average traffic volume (congestion), road gradient, and land use density on travel speed. The model results reveal a large disparity in the accessibility among Slovenian municipalities. The paper also compares the proposed model results with the earlier model results. In general, average transport accessibility in Slovenian municipalities did not change in 2009–2013 ; our model suggested the list of problematic municipalities in border areas similar to the one identified in the earlier models. [Termes descripteurs IGN] zone urbaineRésumé : (Auteur) Urban shrinkage is an increasingly global phenomenon that equally affects large cities and small towns, as a result of complex social, economic and spatial changes, thereby causing the emergence of the so-called shrinking cities. This paper presents a model for the analysis of shrinking cities tailored to the needs of research in circumstances of insufficiently developed statistical systems for monitoring the complex structure of changes affecting cities. The model is based on an analysis of international research projects focused on this research problem, analysis of the legislative framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H) and analysis of available data. The proposed model is tested on the territory of northwest B&H (Republic of Srpska – RS) and aims at mapping, analysis and typological classification of shrinking cities. It is assumed that the process of urban shrinkage is more prevalent than that of urban growth, and that most of the cities and towns in northwest B&H (RS) are faced with this problem, which is considerably more acute when it comes to small and medium-sized towns of this region. [Termes descripteurs IGN] valeur aberranteRésumé : (Auteur) After geodetic networks (e.g., horizontal control, leveling,GNSS etc.) are established, they are measured and point coordinates are estimated by the method of Least Squares. If one or more observations are burdened with errors, these contaminated observations affect the other good observations and may produce incorrect estimates of the parameters. Thus, these contaminated observations should be detected and corrected. Generally, in practice, they are removed and the network is readjusted. To detect the outliers among the observations statistical tests are performed. Yet, reliability measures should be accompanied to statistical tests to find out more about the ability of error detection and the effects of errors on the solutions. Now it is possible that reliability measures can be calculated for the cases of single or multiple outliers. In this paper, a GNSS network is analyzed using reliability measures in both cases. The results show that in the case of multiple outliers reliability measures worsen. [Termes descripteurs IGN] tunnelRésumé : (Auteur) This paper presents a method of optimization of the underground network for the construction of the Belgrade metro. In the process of optimization, the method of preanalysis was used. The theoretical basis of the mathematical model of the preanalysis is given, which is based on Gauß-Markov model of geodetic networks adjustment, as well as the theoretical basis for calculating the tunnel breakthrough precision. Based on the construction standards, the calculation of the required breakthrough precision was made, as the fundamental criterion of precision for the development of the underground tunnel network. Depending on the technical parameters of the Belgrade Metro Line 1 alignment, related to the position of the axis and the longitudinal profile of the tunnel, the design of the underground tunnel network was defined. In the process of optimization, different plans of observations were analyzed, as well as the results obtained from the preanalysis for each plan individually. Based on the set criterion of maximum transverse error of the tunnel breakthrough, which is 4.5 cm,the third plan of observations was adopted as the final plan,by which the breakthrough error of 3.5 cm was achieved. The adopted plan of observations includes planned measurements of horizontal directions, azimuths, and distances, with the assumed standard deviation of 1" for horizontal directions,3.2 " for azimuths, and (1 mm; 1 ppm) for distances.
