[Termes IGN] reconstruction 3DRésumé : (Auteur) Reflected solar radiances measured by the pushbroom cameras of the Multiangle Imaging SpectroRadiometer (MISR) on the Terra satellite at nine viewing angles are combined to give eight stereo pairs. These are analyzed with stereo-photogrammetric methods to measure the geometry of a convective cloud system. Both cloud-top heights and cloud sides are retrieved with a precision of about 200-300 m. Two case studies of deep, convective clouds over ocean are considered. The accuracy of the MISR retrieval is tested in the first case study by reference to coincident, higher resolution stereo data from ASTER, showing how the accuracy of the cloud-top height retrieval is improved using the oblique MISR views. In the second case study, the entire cross-section of the cloud aligned with the viewing azimuthal direction is measured, using all nine cameras. The methodology presented is an important step towards more routine retrievals of the 3D geometrical reconstruction of isolated, deep-convective clouds. Such reconstructions are a necessary prerequisite to the subsequent 3D radiative transfer modeling used to aid the remote sensing of the elusive microphysical properties of such clouds. An automatic building extraction method based on marked point processes is used to provide rectangular building footprints. Based on a parametric model with rectangular ground footprint, the proposed method is developed using a Bayesian approach : we search for the best configuration of parametric models with respect to both a priori knowledge of models and their interactions, and a likelihood which fits models to the DEM. A simulated annealing is used to find the configuration which maximizes the a posteriori density of the Bayesian expression. Ces derniers sont générés par un algorithme fondé sur une formulation par flot maximal utilisant des images tri-stéréoscopiques. Dans un premier temps, les emprises de bâtiments sont extraites à partir de MNE par une méthode automatique fondée sur les processus ponctuels marqués : ces emprises sont représentées sous forme d'une association de rectangles. Ensuite, ces emprises rectangulaires sont régularisées en améliorant la connexion des rectangles voisins, et en détectant les discontinuités de façades. Nous obtenons ainsi des emprises de bâtiments structurées. Ces emprises sont utilisées pour la reconstruction urbaine en 3D par une approche paramétrique fondée sur un processus de squelettisation des emprises permettant de modéliser les arêtes faîtières. [Termes IGN] zone urbaine denseRésumé : (auteur) In this paper, we tackle the problem of automatic building reconstruction using digital elevation model and cadastral data. We aim at massive production of 3D urban models and present thus an algorithm, that is an adaptation of a more general and semi-automatic strategy to an operational context where robustness is essential. We present two approaches relying on two different techniques for non-vertical planes extraction using constraints inferred by cadastral limits. The first one consists in inferring planar primitives by estimating only two parameters for each building: the height of gutter and the slope of roofs. The other idea is to extract planar primitives directly from the cadastral limits and from the DEM, using a robust RANSAC estimation algorithm. The results of an evaluation carried out on 620 buildings on a dense urban centre are promising and enables to compare both approaches.
