It combines the support for evaluation of pattern application, semi-automated documentation of decision rationale and trace links. The approach is based on a new kind of design pattern catalogue, whereby usual pattern descriptions are captured together with question annotations to the patterns and information on architectural structure of patterns. [Termes IGN] MatlabRésumé : (Editeur) This book presents computer programming as a key method for solving mathematical problems. There are two versions of the book, one for MATLAB and one for Python. The book was inspired by the Springer book TCSE 6: A Primer on Scientific Programming with Python (by Langtangen), but the style is more accessible and concise, in keeping with the needs of engineering students. The book outlines the shortest possible path from no previous experience with programming to a set of skills that allows the students to write simple programs for solving common mathematical problems with numerical methods in engineering and science courses. The emphasis is on generic algorithms, clean design of programs, use of functions, and automatic tests for verification. [Termes IGN] visualisation de donnéesRésumé : (auteur) Visualization of simulation results in major urban areas is a difficult task. Multi-scale processes and connectivity of the urban environment may require interactive visualization of dynamic scenes with lots of objects at different scales. To visualize these scenes it is not always possible to use standard GIS systems. Wide distribution of high-performance gaming graphics cards has led to the emergence of specialized frameworks, which are able to cope with such kinds of visualization. This paper presents a framework and special algorithms that take full advantage of the GPU to render the urban simulation data over a virtual globe. The experiments on a scalability of the framework have showed that the framework is successfully deals with the visualization of up to two million moving agents and up to eight million of fixed points of interest on top of the virtual globe without detriment to smoothness of the image.
