[Termes IGN] propagation ionosphériqueRésumé : (Auteur) Use of GPS-based techniques to measure total electron count in the ionosphere has provided researchers with a greater understanding of meteorology and atmospheric effects on radio signals. But most of this research has focused on the nothern hemisphere where the GPS monitoring network is dense. Now a group of geophysists is using a brazilian network to produce similar benefits in the southern hemisphere.
