[Termes IGN] surveillance d'ouvrageRésumé : (Auteur) Cette recherche doctorale s’inscrit à la croisée de deux technologies en pleine révolution depuis une décennie : les vecteurs aériens légers télépilotés (drones) et les algorithmes de modélisation 3D à partir d’un bloc d’images. Deux instruments de mesure métrologique, la CamLight et le Géocube, tous deux conçus au sein de l’IGN (LOEMI), sont utilisés conjointement en vue de l’auscultation du relief de digue. La surveillance répétée de ces ouvrages permet de déceler par anticipation les éventuels affaissements et défauts des digues. La Camlight est une caméra métrique légère qui est utilisée dans nos travaux avec un réseau terrestre de récepteurs GPS compacts (Géocubes) ainsi qu’un Géocube embarqué dans le vecteur aérien. Malgré le fait que la configuration de la scène à surveiller représente un défi pour la photogrammétrie de haute précision (long linéaire, avec peu de relief, un nombre de points au sol minimum), les résultats obtenus sont satisfaisants et montrent un haut degré d’automatisation. Les grands projets auxquels l’IGN a eu l’honneur d’être associé ont prouvé sa capacité à adapter ses procédés à chaque configuration pour atteindre en toutes circonstances le résultat le plus juste et le plus précis. Les documents d’alors restent encore aujourd’hui des documents de référence. Durant cette présentation, nous évoquerons les grandes figures de l’IGN en photogrammétrie architecturale et les projets emblématiques de l’Institut. À l’heure de la démocratisation de la photogrammétrie, nous ferons aussi le point sur la valeur des relevés. [Termes IGN] visualisation 4DRésumé : (auteur) Ce projet de fin d’études s’inscrit dans une démarche de restitution archéologique portant sur le château du Kagenfels. Cet édifice est situé dans le département du Bas-Rhin, proche d’Obernai dans les Vosges, plus précisément sur la partie Ouest de la commune d’Ottrott dans la forêt d’Obernai-Bernardswiller. La démarche entreprise au cours de ce projet de fin d’études consistait à pouvoir proposer une restitution virtuelle datée de ce château et de son environnement par le croisement de l’existant et d’hypothèses archéologiques. Cela a été envisagé à des fins de conservation mais également en vue d’une opération de médiation scientifique. En nous basant sur la configuration actuelle de l’édifice et tous les documents archéologiques mis à notre disposition, nous avons entrepris une démarche d’interprétation et de restitution virtuelle de cet édifice. Pour ce faire, nous nous sommes tout d’abord interrogés sur les outils que nous pourrions utiliser pour répondre au cahier des charges en prenant en compte les exigences de chacun et les contraintes pouvant nous limiter. Ensuite, dans l’optique d’aboutir à une représentation exhaustive et précise de l’édifice, ont pu être croisées des technologies modernes propres au domaine de la topographie et des hypothèses découlant des écrits restituant tous les travaux archéologiques déjà enregistrés sur le chantier ainsi que sur d’autres sites alentours comparables en terme d’architecture et de date de construction. Cette dernière partie était bien sûr plus du ressort de M. Heissler. C’est pourquoi, il est très important de mettre en avant la démarche collaborative dans laquelle s’inscrit ce projet. Nous pouvons également mettre en avant l’aspect multidisciplinaire de ces travaux. En effet, pour répondre à tous les besoins que comporte ce projet, il a été important de développer des compétences transversales quitte à parfois diverger de la topographie classique. [Termes IGN] voxelIndex. décimale : PROJET Mémoires : Rapports de projet - stage des ingénieurs de 2e année Résumé : (auteur) La fusion de données peut être définie comme le processus d’intégration de plusieurs sources de données afin de produire des informations plus cohérentes, plus précises et plus utiles que celles fournies par n'importe quelle source de données individuelles. Nous sommes intéressés par la fusion de données acquises avec différentes techniques (à différentes densités de points et précisions de mesure) d’une manière "scientifique", et par le développement de nouveaux traitements des données. Nous essayons de fusionner des données hétérogènes et d'obtenir un résultat cohérent. Nous proposons une nouvelle approche pour fusionner les données photogrammétriques issues de différents capteurs, dans notre cas à partir d'images terrestres et d'images de drones. Nous avons développé des outils de calcul d'attributs sur les points caractéristiques, afin de les filtrer grâce à une approche par voxels. Nous avons utilisé MicMac pour les processus photogrammétriques et développé un nouvel outil dans MicMac, Grappa, qui génère un fichier avec les points de liaison et les caractéristiques associées. Nous avons également utilisé Point Cloud Library pour le calcul d’une fonction de saillance 3D, la Différence des Normales. Nous avons travaillé avec une approche par voxels en Python pour le filtrage des points, et nous expérimentons les différents outils sur un ensemble d'images terrestres et drones de la cathédrale de Modène en Italie. Nous analysons enfin les résultats de la reconstruction photogrammétrique et laissons quelques perspectives sur le domaine de la fusion de données. Note de contenu : Introduction

Nord du Chili. La situation de chaque observatoire est soigneusement choisie. Les conditions
environnantes jouent un rôle majeur dans cette décision. Cette étude a pour but d’aider une
telle décision par le biais d’outils d’analyse de la couverture neigeuse et des effets du vents sur
le plateau de Chajnantor. L’enneigement peut être détecté grâce à la télédétection. L’analyse spatial peut mener à mieux connaître les effets de la neige sur le réseau routier menant aux télescopes. La dynamique des fluides numérique permet l’établissement de modèles de vent locaux dont la précision repose avant tout sur la topographie locale et les propriétés physiques du fluide
considéré. Pour fournir ces résultats, une automatisation des processus est mise en oeuvre.Note de contenu : Introduction
