[Termes IGN] système d'information géographiqueRésumé : (Auteur) Collective Self-Organised (CSO) housing projects are an emerging trend in Europe. In these projects communities engage in co-design throughout the process. Little knowledge exists that can support CSOs with the process of managing their projects by using state-of-the-art building information (BI) technologies. The authors introduce a BI supported CSO housing design process that can support CSOs through all stages in the design process, from early conceptual location planning through to selection of interior finishing. They illustrate the project using a demonstrative illustration of a CSO housing design process. The paper will concentrate on the development of innovative Collaborative Design Technology (CDT) solutions. The tools will be demonstrated on the basis of an illustrative demonstration case in which the CSO-process is combined with an IFD (Industrial, Flexible and Durable) building system. The particular advantages for architectural design practice will be highlighted throughout and gaps in the literature addressed. [Termes IGN] UMLRésumé : (Editeur) This textbook mainly addresses beginners and readers with a basic knowledge of object-oriented programming languages like Java or C#, but with little or no modeling or software engineering experience – thus reflecting the majority of students in introductory courses at universities. Using UML, it introduces basic modeling concepts in a highly precise manner, while refraining from the interpretation of rare special cases. After a brief explanation of why modeling is an indispensable part of software development, the authors introduce the individual diagram types of UML (the class and object diagram, the sequence diagram, the state machine diagram, the activity diagram, and the use case diagram), as well as their interrelationships, in a step-by-step manner. The topics covered include not only the syntax and the semantics of the individual language elements, but also pragmatic aspects, i.e., how to use them wisely at various stages in the software development process. To this end, the work is complemented with examples that were carefully selected for their educational and illustrative value. Overall, the book provides a solid foundation and deeper understanding of the most important object-oriented modeling concepts and their application in software development. An additional website offers a complete set of slides to aid in teaching the contents of the book, exercises and further e-learning material. Note de contenu :

However, it has drift problem if none global optimization is used. We proposed a geo-referenced traffic sign based localization method, which integrated the constraints of 3D traffic signs with local bundle adjustment to reduce the drift. Comparing to global bundle adjustment, Local Bundle Adjustment(LBA) has low computational cost but suffers the drift problem for large scale localization because of the random error accumulation. We reduced the drift by means of the constraints from geo-referenced traffic signs for bundle adjustment process. The original LBA model was extended for the constraints and the traffic signs were detected in images and matched with 3D landmark database automatically. From the experiments of simulated and real images, our approach can reduce the drift and have better locating results than none-constraint LBA based localization method. [Termes IGN] reconstruction 3DRésumé : (auteur) The paper presents an algorithm for reconstruction of 3D circle from its apparition in n images. It supposes that camera poses are known up to an uncertainty. They will be considered as observations and will be refined during the reconstruction process. First, circle apparitions will be estimated in every individual image from a set of 2D points using a constrained optimization. Uncertainty of 2D points are propagated in 2D ellipse estimation and leads to covariance matrix of ellipse parameters. In 3D reconstruction process ellipse and camera pose parameters are considered as observations with known covariances. A minimal parametrization of 3D circle enables to model the projection of circle in image without any constraint. The reconstruction is performed by minimizing the length of observation residuals vector in a non linear Gauss-Helmert model. The output consists in parameters of the corresponding circle in 3D and their covariances. The results are presented on simulated data.
