[Termes IGN] station de référenceRésumé : (auteur) The performance of the EGNOS System was analyzed in terms of avialability through the folowing variables, protection level HPL and VPL ( Horizontal and Vertical Protection Level) based on alarm limit (HAL Horizontal or VAL Vertical Alarm Limit) and ionospheric error analysis. To carry out our study, we opted for five airports namely: Tamarasset, Ghardaïa, Laghouat, Ouargla and Timimoun, these sites have been added to the existed networks of the RIMS (Ranging and Integrity Monitoring Stations) stations of the EGNOS System. InAlgeria, we found that EGNOS provides good coverage in the north, however headind to the south this coverage is decreasing. Tha addition of one station in the center of Algeria should allow agood service of the system and at the same time should extend its coverage area. The results simulation of the Ghardaïa station show that in Algeria, the performance of EGNOS system is better, espacially in the area between {0°, 5°} in longitude and 30° in latitude. [Termes IGN] Temps ModernesRésumé : (auteur) The history of the earth shape began in Europe 2500 years ago, with observations by Parmenides.Three calculations of its circumference were done during ancient Times to lead on a too small evaluate sphere. Middle Ages preserved this knowledge and Age of Discovery corrected the ancient estimations. The Elliptic shape of the Earth was established during the XVIII th Century and the metre, created at the turn of the XIX th as the universal measure unit, was based on its circumference. Then continental drift was attested during the years 1930's. And finally deformation of the terrestrial ellipsoid were confirmed during the second half of the XX th Century. [Termes IGN] République TchèqueRésumé : (auteur) This paper introduces the process of land consolidation and current use of geographic information systems (GIS) in the Czech Republic. Contemporary land consolidation in the Central European region, unlike Western Europe, has been implemented relatively recently, hence there is no contingency or previous experience to build upon. This brings about an opportunity for a modern design of GIS‐based land consolidation. Although the design of land consolidation projects in the Czech Republic is mainly conducted in CAD software, this paper focuses on the utilisation of GIS and stresses the importance of standardisation of land consolidation data. Standardisation allows automatic processing of data as well as effortless publishing. The author proposes a new object‐oriented data model of the landscape plan (Common Facilities Plan), which allows for the storing of such plans in a central spatial database and adding attribute information to each object, thus providing analysis of the data in a GIS. The data model alongside data standardisation lays the groundwork for the architectural proposal of a new GIS (geoportal) of Common Facilities Plans. [Termes IGN] utilisateurRésumé : (Auteur) Volunteered geographic information (VGI) has entered a phase where there are both a substantial amount of crowdsourced information available and a big interest in using it by organizations. But the issue of deciding the quality of VGI without resorting to a comparison with authoritative data remains an open challenge. This article first formulates the problem of quality assessment of VGI data. Then presents a model to measure trustworthiness of information and reputation of contributors by analyzing geometric, qualitative, and semantic aspects of edits over time. An implementation of the model is running on a small data-set for a preliminary empirical validation. The results indicate that the computed trustworthiness provides a valid approximation of VGI quality.
