[Termes IGN] télémétrie laser aéroportéRésumé : (Auteur) Protection against floods and other river management tasks are important activities in lowlands, such as the Netherlands. For these purposes, knowledge is required concerning flood waves, along- and across-track slope of the river and the water resistance on different vegetation areas. Laser-altimetry is able to provide the necessary height component of this information to a detailed degree. This paper presents the feasibility of this new application of laser-altimetry.
