[Termes IGN] synchronisationRésumé : (Auteur) Precise georeferencing of airborne full-waveform lidar is a complex process. On one hand, no ground control points are visible due to heavy canopy. While on the other hand, precise georeferencing relies on ground control. As an alternative, we propose to use an available digital elevation model (DEM ) as control. The mathematical framework minimizes the difference between the lidar DEM and the reference DEM. Our solution consists of two steps: initial optimization to find reliable ground points through iterative filtering and georeferencing, and fine optimization to achieve precise georeferencing and lidar system calibration. Through this approach, the wave-form-derived DEM can best fit the reference DEM, with a mean of 0.937 m and standard deviation of 0.792 m, while the time-synchronization offset and boresight angles are simultaneously determined, i.e., self-calibrated. This development provides a novel georeferencing approach with self-calibration for lidar data without using conventional ground control points. [Termes IGN] théorie des variétésRésumé : (auteur) We propose a novel graph Laplacian-guided coupled tensor decomposition (gLGCTD) model for fusion of hyperspectral image (HSI) and multispectral image (MSI) for spatial and spectral resolution enhancements. The coupled Tucker decomposition is employed to capture the global interdependencies across the different modes to fully exploit the intrinsic global spatial–spectral information. To preserve local characteristics, the complementary submanifold structures embedded in high-resolution (HR)-HSI are encoded by the graph Laplacian regularizations. The global spatial–spectral information captured by the coupled Tucker decomposition and the local submanifold structures are incorporated into a unified framework. The gLGCTD fusion framework is solved by a hybrid framework between the proximal alternating optimization (PAO) and the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). Experimental results on both synthetic and real data sets demonstrate that the gLGCTD fusion method is superior to state-of-the-art fusion methods with a more accurate reconstruction of the HR-HSI. This clustering method allows a spatial entity to belong to more than one cluster with varying degrees, namely, membership values. Although fuzzy geographically weighted clustering attempts to create geographically aware clusters, it partially fails to trace spatial dependence and heterogeneity because, as a global metric, the membership values are calculated across the entire set of spatial entities. Here we introduce the first local version of fuzzy geographically weighted clustering, ‘local fuzzy geographically weighted clustering.’ In local fuzzy geographically weighted clustering, the membership values of a spatial entity are updated only according to the membership values of the spatial entities within its neighborhood and not across the entire set of entities, as originally proposed by the global metric. Additionally, we apply particle swarm optimization meta-heuristic to overcome the random initialization problem regarding the fuzzy c-means algorithm. To evaluate our method we compare local fuzzy geographically weighted clustering to global fuzzy geographically weighted clustering using a cancer incident benchmark dataset for Manhattan, New York. The results show that local fuzzy geographically weighted clustering outperforms the global version in all experimental settings. [Termes IGN] ville intelligenteIndex. décimale : THESE Thèses et HDR Résumé : (auteur) In this thesis are investigated methods to manage shared electric autonomous taxi urban systems under online context in which customer demands occur over time, and where vehicles are available for ride-sharing and require electric recharging management. We propose the heuristics based on problem decomposition which include road network repartition and highlighting of subproblems such as charging management, empty vehicle redistribution and dynamic ride-sharing.The set of new methods for empty vehicle redistribution is proposed, such as proactive, meaning to take into account both current demand and anticipated future demand, in contrast to reactive methods, which act based on current demand only.We provide the reinforcement learning in different levels depending on granularity of the system.We propose station-based RL model for small networks and zone-based RL model, where the agents are zones of the city obtained by partitioning, for huge ones. The complete information optimisation is provided in order to analyse the system performance a-posteriori in offline context.The evaluation of the performance of proposed methods is provided in set of road networks of different nature and size. The proposed method provides promising results outperforming the other tested methods and the real data on the taxi system performance in terms of number of satisfied passengers under fixed fleet size. [Termes IGN] traitement du signalIndex. décimale : THESE Thèses et HDR Résumé : (auteur) There is an increasing demand for images with higher spectral and spatial resolution for applications in several domains such as health, environment, quality checking and natural disasters monitoring. Hyperspectral imagery provides the necessary spectral diversity to recover the composition of materials on site for applications such as the detection of fires, anomalies, chemical agents, targets and changes in the scene.The requirement for cheaper and more compact devices (e.g. to be embarked on low cost satellites and airborne platform) which are capable of capturing this information has led to the development of nonconventional innovative design concepts to overcome the technological limitations of traditional cameras. Data acquired by such novel imaging devices following the computational imaging paradigm are typically not readily exploitable for the final application. A computational phase is hence needed for extracting useful information from the raw acquisitions.This thesis addresses this issue by setting up an inversion problem. The general approach is to characterize the data fidelity term with a physical model, describing the underlying optical transformations performed by the device. The challenge is then shifted on the regularization step to properly characterizes the features of the quantities of interest and improve the accuracy of the estimation, which can be tackled with variational techniques.The analysis is applied to two novel concepts for nonconventional optical devices. The first one is a novel compressed acquisition imaging system based on color filter arrays, which embeds information from sensors with different spatial and spectral characteristics into a single mosaiced product. As opposed to existing compressed sensing based devices, the goal is not to recover the original uncompressed multiresolution sources, but instead to directly recover a synthetic fused image with both high spatial and spectral resolution.The proposed solution relies on the total variation regularization and is the subject of a detailed analysis, comparing its compressive power with straightforward software alternatives, evaluating its performances as the amount of channels changes, and validating its efficiency in comparison to state of the art methods when applied to classical fusion or mosaicing algorithms separately.The second class of devices is based on the ImSPOC patent, a design concept for a low finesse snapshot imaging spectrometer based on the interferometry of Fabry-Pérot. Its ideal behaviour follows the principle of the Fourier Transform Spectroscopy, as its acquisition can be interpreted as a sampled version of an interferogram, arranged across different sub-images distributed on the same focal plane.After defining a physical model based on optical geometry, its validity is evaluated over real acquisitions by setting up a Bayesian inference problem to determine its parameters, with approaches based on maximum likelihood estimators, regular-grid searches and nonlinear regression.A variety of preliminary tests are then carried out on the inversion method, with approaches based on singular value decomposition and sparse-inducing regularizers, accompanied by a analysis of their robustness to model mismatches.
