[Termes IGN] programmation par contraintesRésumé : (auteur) Definition of an optimal path in the real-world routing problems is not necessarily the shortest one, because parameters such as travel time, safety, quality, and smoothness also played essential roles in the definition of optimality. In this paper, we use bi-colored graphs for modeling urban and heterogeneous environments and introduce variations of constraint routing problems. Bi-colored graphs are a kind of directed graphs whose vertices are divided into two subsets of white and gray. We consider two criteria, minimizing the length and minimizing the number of gray vertices and present two problems called gray vertices bounded shortest path problem and length bounded shortest path problem on bi-colored graphs. We propose an efficient time label-setting algorithm to solve these problems. Likewise, we simulate the algorithm and compare it with the related path planning methods on random graphs as well as real-world environments. The simulation results show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. In this study, a set of images were taken using the CANON EOS M5 digital camera, while the internal calibration parameters – horizontal and vertical focal length (fx, fy), principal point coordinates (x0, y0), radial distortion coefficients (K1, K2, K3), tangential distortion coefficients (P1, P2) and the affinity and the shear terms (b1, b2) were estimated. These parameters were calculated using different software applications and then analyzed. For the calibration procedure, 3D texture models were built with the Agisoft commercial software based on: (a) the aforementioned calibration parameters and (b) the self-calibration process. The overall accuracy (Root Mean Square – RMS) between these models, by comparing known geo-referenced ground-control-points (GCP) is presented through the Cloud Compare software. The results indicate that the internal calibration parameters of the digital camera used for documentation purposes are essential and should be systematically implemented for documentation purposes. [Termes IGN] utilisation du solRésumé : (auteur) The main goal of this paper is to present a methodology for land evaluation by supporting decision-makers with reliable information for the land-use planning process. One of the focuses of this paper is given to the survey process and interpretation between soil survey, soil survey interpretation, and physical land evaluation. Such processes are realized using mobile mapping tools with integrated Global Position Systems (GPS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Both have increased the efficiency of data communication technologies by enabling real-time communication between people located in the field and office as well. For the soil classification as a key component of soil surveys is used World Reference Base (WRB) for Soil Resources. This is a common tool to summarize the wealth of information from soil profiles for the purpose of land evaluation. The final results showed a soil classification map. Such results are derived from many activities, since it includes a preliminary land evaluation, field soil survey with auger holes and profiles as well. This methodology is used for the first time in the selected study area. [Termes IGN] série temporelleRésumé : (Auteur) Change detection within unequally spaced and non-stationary time series is crucial in various applications, such as environmental monitoring and satellite navigation. The jumps upon spectrum and trend (JUST) is developed to detect potential jumps within the trend component of time series segments. JUST can simultaneously estimate the trend and seasonal components of any equally or unequally spaced time series by considering the observational uncertainties or measurement errors. JUST and its modules can also be applied to monitor vegetation time series in near-real-time. Herein, the details of the open-source software package for JUST, developed in both MATLAB and Python, are presented.
