[Termes IGN] teneur verticale totale en électronsRésumé : (auteur) Due to the ionosphere delay, which has become the dominant GPS error source, it is crucial to remove the ionospheric effect before estimating point coordinates. Therefore, different agencies started to generate daily Global Ionosphere Maps (GIMs); the Vertical Total Electron Content (VTEC) values represented in GIMs produced by several providers can be used to remove the ionosphere error from observations. In this research, an analysis will be carried with three sources for VTEC maps produced by the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe (CODE), Regional TEC Mapping (RTM), and the International Reference Ionosphere (IRI). The evaluation is focused on the effects of a specific ionosphere GIM correction on the precise point positioning (PPP) solutions. Two networks were considered. The first network consists of seven Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) receivers from (IGS) global stations. The selected test days are six days, three of them quiet, and three other days are stormy to check the influence of geomagnetic storms on relative kinematic positioning solutions. The second network is a regional network in Egypt. The results show that the calculated coordinates using the three VTEC map sources are far from each other on stormy days rather than on quiet days. Also, the standard deviation values are large on stormy days compared to those on quiet days. Using CODE and RTM IONEX file produces the most precise coordinates after that the values of IRI. The elimination of ionospheric biases over the estimated lengths of many baselines up to 1000 km has resulted in positive findings, which show the feasibility of the suggested assessment procedure. [Termes IGN] téléphonie mobileRésumé : (auteur) Participatory landslide inventory mapping using the Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) mobile app is a promising method to produce a landslide inventory map. The aim of this research is to describe the development and implementation of the VGI mobile app for participatory landslide inventory mapping. The architecture VGI mobile app is developed on the basis of Free Open-source Software for Geospatial Application server-client software to ensure reproducibility and flexibility, and to reduce cost. Anyone can reproduce, modify, and share the code, which suggests improvement in the collective ability to use, prepare, and landslide inventory update. Landslide inventory using VGI mobile app shows that the tool and method successfully map landslides in the landslide prone area (Magelang Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia) with fairly high levels of effectiveness and convenience. Magelang Regency, one of the landslide prone areas in Java, is located in the intermountain basin surrounded by Menoreh Mountain, Merapi, Merbabu, Suropati-Telomoyo Complex, and Sumbing Volcano. In this study, landslide inventory mapping using VGI mobile app was applied in Magelang Regency by 17 volunteers from BPBD (Regional Agency for Disaster Management) Magelang Regency for three days. Landslides area occurred from 2017 to 2019 were properly identified and mapped by the volunteers. The sizes of landslides varied from 5.2 m2 to 4,632.5 m2, and the average was 208.2 m2. A team of volunteer was able to map 7-10 landslides per day. Participatory mapping using VGI mobile app reduces the time in transferring field data to a GIS database, in contrast to conventional participatory landslide inventory mapping. VGI mobile app allows users to provide new geographical landslide data, share landslide data rapidly, ensure consistency of landslide data, and improve accessibility of landslide data. The use of the VGI mobile app for participatory landslide inventory mapping provides new opportunities to improve risk assessment, preparedness, and early action and warning to landslide hazard. [Termes IGN] retard troposphérique zénithalRésumé : (auteur) Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) has revolutionized activities involving geodetic positioning. To achieve a desired accuracy, it is essential to model the atmosphere in an appropriate way. With respect to the neutral atmosphere, the signal sent by the satellite suffers a delay when crossing this layer during its travel to the receiver on the surface, the so-called neutral atmospheric delay. Although empirical models exist, they may not be suitable to represent microclimatic variations in different regions of the globe due to peculiarities that exist in diverse areas. To minimize this limitation, correction models based on numerical weather prediction (NWP) emerge. They allow the assessment of the delay from local atmospheric parameters and the evaluation of atmospheric particularities of each region. In addition, another way to obtain neutral atmosphere delay is by making use of data from radiosondes, which measure atmospheric data at various altitude levels. The main objective of this article is to investigate the performance of different models using GNSS data collected in countries with different climatic conditions. Assessment is performed on the positioning domain using the precise point positioning (PPP) technique. The results show that the proximity between the NWP-based models and radiosondes was approximately 3 cm, and that between empirical models was 5 cm, with variations that depended on the model and the region. Regarding the impact on the height component, the difference between the accuracy of the empirical and NWP models was approximately 16 cm. [Termes IGN] sommet (relief)Résumé : (auteur) This study aimed to measure and validate altitudes from existing sources with direct GNSS measurements and airborne lidar data. For this purpose, 12 mountain peaks located in the south part of Polish territory were selected. Measurements were performed using a GNSS receiver using the Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) or static techniques enabling altitude measurements with accuracy of 10 cm. GNSS was treated as the primary data source, as the direct field measurements can determine the highest point on each peak. The obtained results were confronted with historical, internet sources, and official altitude data. Moreover, each altitude was determined using lidar data from an airborne lidar dataset of Poland from the ISOK program and provided by the national agency. Significant discrepancies in data were already detected during the analysis of internet materials and traditional maps, up to a few meters. The differences between measured and internet sources in altitude of mountain peak range from 27 cm to 504 cm. This study has shown the need to re-measure the altitudes of the mountain peaks and determine the highest point correctly.
