Buildrz propose aux acteurs de ce secteur un outil d’estimation de surface de plancher constructible. Mais Buildrz voudrait aussi que son outil puisse aider les promoteurs immobiliers à fixer le prix du mètre carré. Pour ce faire, le prix hypothétique sera fixé en fonction du prix de biens similaires qui ont déjà été vendus. Il faut maintenant trouver comment caractériser des biens semblables. Pour les trouver, il faut caractériser les parcelles en fonction d’indicateurs choisis. Ce rapport se concentre sur la recherche et le développement d’un indicateur de qualité de transport en commun. [Termes IGN] variation diurneRésumé : (auteur) The conservation of historical heritage can bring social benefits to cities by promoting community economic development and societal creativity. In the early stages of historical heritage conservation, the focus was on the museum-style concept for individual structures. At present, heritage area vitality is often adopted as a general conservation method to increase the vibrancy of such areas. However, it remains unclear whether urban morphological elements suitable for urban areas can be applied to heritage areas. This study uses ridge regression and LightGBM with multi-source big geospatial data to explore whether urban morphological elements that affect the vitality of heritage and urban areas are consistent or have different spatial distributions and daily variations. From a sample of 12 Chinese cities, our analysis shows the following results. First, factors affecting urban vitality differ from those influencing heritage areas. Second, factors influencing urban and heritage areas' vitality have diurnal variations and differ across cities. The overarching contribution of this study is to propose a quantitative and replicable framework for heritage adaptation, combining urban morphology and vitality measures derived from big geospatial data. This study also extends the understanding of forms of heritage areas and provides theoretical support for heritage conservation, urban construction, and economic development. [Termes IGN] milieu urbainRésumé : (auteur) Wildlife present in urban environments uses the space as shaped by human infrastructures and activities (Jokimäki et al., 2011). Landscape planning has to take into account animals’ space use so that to enable good ecological functioning and to identify places of interface between wildlife and human, particularly relevant in the management of zoonosis (Plumer et al., 2014). Meeting this need remains a challenge due to the scarcity of animals’ data and their dependency on specific collect contexts (the observed animal, its personality, the area, recording parameters). Our study case deals with red fox (Vulpes vulpes) in the city of Nancy in eastern France. Our aim is to propose a map of landscape elements that would be selected according to their potential influence on the species’ space use (Burel et al., 1999). This influence may be attractiveness for the presence of animals, or avoidance. It may also correspond to corridors or obstacles to movements. The edition of such map implied integrating multi-theme and multi-source geographical data, about physical landscape description, human activities, animals’ locations, and from institutional databases, crowd-sourcing, local expert studies and ad-hoc data collections (Zhang et al., 2019). The targeted integration result was a set of geometrical parcels characterized into two distinct classifications on land cover types and human land uses. Labels in the classifications were defined relying on the analysis of red foxes’ GPS locations (Robardet, 2007) which highlighted specific landscape elements to consider (vegetation patches, railways, property boundaries which might be fences, walls) and temporalities related to daytime and night time and to individual rhythms. Validation is based on a comparison between the resulted map and reference data based on field survey and visual interpretation of images. The map stands as a display of the space interpreted with a landscape planning objective and requiring regular updating. Researching in this field is evolving increasingly. However, we are at the beginning of a research pathway towards a future generation of intelligent transportation systems. In fact, challenging conditions in real-world driving circumstances, infrastructure monitoring, and accurate real-time system response, are the predominant concerns when developing such systems. Recent improvements and breakthroughs in scene understanding for intelligent transportation systems have been mainly based on deep learning and the fusion of different modalities. In this context, firstly, we introduce OLIMP : A heterOgeneous MuLtimodal Dataset for Advanced EnvIronMent Perception . This is the first public, multimodal and synchronized dataset that includes Ultra Wide-Band (UWB) radar data, acoustic data, narrowband radar data and images. OLIMP comprises 407 scenes and 47,354 synchronized frames, including four categories: pedestrians, cyclists, cars and trams. The dataset presents various challenges related to dense urban traffic such as cluttered environments and differentweather conditions. To demonstrate the usefulness of the introduced dataset, we propose, afterwards, a fusion framework that combines the four modalities for multi object detection. The obtained results are promising and spur for future research. In short range settings, UWB radars represent a promising technology for building reliable obstacle detection systems as they are robust to environmental conditions. However, UWB radars suffer from a segmentation challenge: localizing relevant Regions Of Interests (ROIs) within its signals. Therefore, we put froward a segmentation approach to detect ROIs in an environment perception-dedicated UWB radar as a third contribution. Specifically, we implement a differential entropy analysis to detect ROIs. The obtained results show higher performance in terms of obstacle detection compared to state-of-theart techniques, as well as stable robustness even with low amplitude signals. Subsequently, we propose a novel framework that exploits Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) with UWB signals for multiple road obstacle detection as a deep learning-based approach. Features are extracted from the time-frequency domain using the discrete wavelet transform and are forwarded to the Long short-term memory (LSTM) network. The obtained results show that the LSTM-based system outperforms the other implemented related techniques in terms of obstacle detection. Note de contenu : 1- Introduction

[Termes IGN] transport publicRésumé : (auteur) Traffic has a direct impact on local and regional economies, on pollution levels and is also a major source of discomfort and frustration for the public who have to deal with congestion, accidents or detours due to road works or accidents. Congestion in urban areas is a common phenomenon nowadays, as the main arteries of cities become congested during peak hours or when there are additional constraints such as traffic accidents and road works that slow down traffic on road sections. When traffic increases, it is observed that some roads are predisposed to congestion, while others are not. It is evident that both congestion and urban traffic itself are influenced by several factors represented by complex geospatial data and the spatial relationships between them. In this paper were integrated mathematical models, real time traffic data with network analysis and simulation procedures in order to analyze the public transportation in Oradea and the impact on urban traffic. A mathematical model was also adapted to simulate the travel choices of the population of the city and of the surrounding villages. Based on the network analysis, traffic analysis and on the traveling simulation, the elements generating traffic congestion in the inner city can be easily determined. The results of the case study are emphasizing that diminishing the traffic and its effects can be obtained by improving either the public transport density or its accessibility.
