[Termes IGN] topométrie de précisionRésumé : (auteur) Traditional measurement methods are still widely used for recording cultural heritage objects. On the other hand, geodetic surveying and modern technologies such as 3D laser scanning can provide more accurate, geometrically consistent and extremely detailed data that can be used as a basis for detailed vector maps or 3D models. The main aim of our research was to investigate the complementary approach, using both traditional and modern methods, in order to produce detailed vector maps of the Romanesque church of St. Martin in Chapaize, France, which are essential for further unveiling its historic development. Geometrically, this church is rather extensive and has many irregularities in its shape. Our approach to the documentation process is presented and evaluated in this paper. We applied the Procrustes analysis for the ground floor map, which gave us an objective accuracy assessment. Point clouds of the bell tower acquired by two different laser instruments have also been compared. [Termes IGN] semis de pointsRésumé : (auteur) Correspondence selection is an indispensable process in point cloud registration. The success of point cloud registration largely depends on a good correspondence selection method. For this purpose, a novel correspondence selection method is proposed in this paper. First, two geometric constraints, one of which is proposed in this paper, are used to compute the compatibility score between two correspondences. Then, the feature vectors of the correspondences are constructed according to the compatibility scores between the correspondence and others. A support vector machine classifier is trained to classify the correct and incorrect correspondences by using the feature vectors. The experimental results demonstrate that our method can choose the right correspondences well and get high precision and F-score performance. Also, our method has the best robustness to noise, pointdensity variation, and partial overlap compared to the other methods. [Termes IGN] signal GNSSRésumé : (auteur) Using the Doppler frequency obtained from tracking a GNSS pilot signal to aid in tracking another signal modulated with higher rate navigation messages in a different frequency band can improve tacking robustness and lower the message demodulation threshold. Based on an analysis of received signal frequency coherence, a linearized mathematical model of the cross-frequency Doppler-assisted carrier phase tracking loop is built, a thermal noise jitter calculation equation for the assisted tracking loop is derived, and its dynamic stress response characteristics are examined. The loop design requirements for eliminating the influence of inter-frequency frequency bias are clarified, as are the cross-frequency assist signal selection criteria. Monte Carlo simulations and preliminary field tests validate the theoretical results using the B1C pilot signal-aided tracking B2b signal of the MEO satellite in the BeiDou satellite navigation system (BDS). Experimental results show that the carrier phase tracking threshold of the B2b signal can be reduced by about 4 dB. [Termes IGN] valeur aberranteRésumé : (auteur) Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiment and Follow On (GRACE/-FO) global monthly measurements of Earth's gravity field have led to significant advances in quantifying mass transfer. However, a significant temporal gap between missions hinders evaluating long-term mass variations. Moreover, instrumental and processing errors translate into large non-physical North-South stripes polluting geophysical signals. We use Multichannel Singular Spectrum Analysis (M-SSA) to overcome both issues by exploiting spatio-temporal information of Level-2 GRACE/-FO solutions, filtered using the DDK7 decorrelation and a new complementary filter, built based on the residual noise between fully processed data and a parametric fit to observations. Using an iterative M-SSA on Equivalent Water Height (EWH) time series processed by Center of Space Research, GeoForschungsZentrum, Institute of Geodesy at Graz University of Technology, and Jet Propulsion Laboratory, we replace missing data and outliers to obtain a combined evenly sampled solution. Then, we apply M-SSA to retrieve common signals between each EWH time series and its same-latitude neighbors to further reduce residual spatially uncorrelated noise. Comparing GRACE/-FO M-SSA solution with Satellite Laser Ranging and Swarm low-degree Earth's gravity field and hydrological model demonstrates its ability to satisfyingly fill missing observations. Our solution achieves a noise level comparable to mass concentration (mascon) solutions over oceans (3.0 mm EWH), without requiring a priori information nor regularization. While short-wavelength signals are challenging to capture using highly filtered spherical harmonics or mascons solutions, we show that our technique efficiently recovers localized mass variations using well-documented mass transfers associated with reservoir impoundments.
