[Termes IGN] surveillance d'ouvrageRésumé : (auteur) One major goal of structural health monitoring (SHM) is to detect, and possibly locate, quantify or predict damage on structures. Without detailed knowledge of structural mechanical behavior, data analysis is a complex task and operational monitoring is often limited to the use of more or less arbitrary thresholds. Data-driven techniques, which rely on a statistical analysis of data, have encountered a growing interest over the past two decades. In parallel, SHM is now increasingly considered for several types of structures with the development of low-cost sensors and IoT. In this context, this paper proposes an approach based on multiple automated machine learning-based models for novelty detection and location in monitoring data. This study focuses on the monitoring of large structures with multiple sensors. For each sensor, multiple regression models (based on neural networks) are generated using the same training set, with various input data: internal temperature, environmental conditions, or data from other sensors deployed on the structure. Anomalies are then identified in the dataset based on residuals between model outputs and in situ data. For a given sensor, residuals of all models are then compiled to produce an anomaly indicator. This paper presents some of the results obtained on data acquired from the monitoring of a large concrete bridge. Some anomalies are simulated and added to the dataset to demonstrate the detection performance of the proposed approach. [Termes IGN] valeur aberranteRésumé : (auteur) In adjusted geodetic networks, cases of local configuration defects (defects in the geometric structure of the network due to missing data or errors in point numbering) can be encountered, which lead to the singularity of the normal equation system in the least-squares procedure. Numbering errors in observation sets cause the computer program to define the network geometry incorrectly. Another cause of a defect may be accidental omission of certain data records, causing local indeterminacy or lowering of local reliability rates in a network. Obviously, the problem of a configuration defect may be easily detectable in networks with a small number of points. However, it becomes a real problem in large networks, where manual checking of all data becomes a very expensive task. The paper presents a new strategy for the detection of configuration defects with the use of the Tikhonov regularization method. The method was implemented in 1992 in the GEONET system (www.geonet.net.pl). The two primary problems inherent to heterogeneous data networks, namely, parametric models that describe the datums and systematic distortions among the available data sets and stochastic models that describe the observational residuals, are described. For parametric models, a relationship between the transformation parameters and the effects of datums and systematic distortions inherent among different height data types is established based on a least squares criterion. For stochastic models, the stochastic errors in GNSS/levelling/gravity data are evaluated, and a Helmert variance component estimation approach is introduced to refine weighting models. Finally, the proposed model is applied to determine the hybrid geoid in Linyi, China. The numerical results validate the capability and effectiveness of the proposed combined adjustment technique for hybrid geoid computations, revealing an achievable external accuracy of ±1.22 cm compared with GNSS/levelling measurements, which can be increased by 0.44 cm compared with classic adjustments of GNSS/levelling/geoid height data. [Termes IGN] valeur aberranteRésumé : (Auteur) Multi-constellation GNSS precise point positioning (PPP) typically uses the extended Kalman filter (EKF) for kinematic applications. Unfortunately, the obtained positioning accuracy in this approach is prone to errors caused by measurement outliers and the system’s dynamic model. An adaptive robust Kalman filter (RKF) was recently developed to mitigate these errors. However, RKF uses empirical values as detection thresholds for the outliers, which requires the measurements to be from the same constellation and of equal precision to obtain an optimal PPP solution. The classification robust adaptive Kalman filter (CAKF) has subsequently been developed to deal with measurements of different precisions, namely pseudorange and carrier-phase measurements. This paper proposes a real-time GPS/Galileo PPP system, which employs a modified version of CAKF called the Improved Robust adaptive Kalman Filter (IRKF). The positioning performance of GPS/Galileo PPP through the IRKF is initially verified in comparison with those obtained through the EKF, RKF, and CAKF using the Centre for Orbit Determination in Europe (CODE) final orbit and clock products in both of static and kinematic modes. The real-time GPS/Galileo PPP solution through the IRKF is then assessed in comparison with its near-real-time counterpart. The results indicate that when the IRKF approach is utilised, the positioning accuracy is significantly improved and the convergence behaviour is enhanced compared with results from EKF, conventional RKF, and CAKF. In the real-time mode, centimeter-level horizontal positioning accuracy is achieved under an open sky environment, while decimeter-level horizontal positioning accuracy is achieved under a challenging environment. On the other hand, decimeter-level accuracy is achieved for the vertical positioning component under all environmental scenarios. Moreover, the positioning accuracy of the real-time solution is comparable to the near-real-time counterpart.
