The methodology involves determination of the displacement vectors between the lines and a graphical and statistical study of the components obtained. The graphical analysis enables the detection of spatial patterns of displacement; the presence or absence of systematic errors is then confirmed by statistical analysis. We have applied this method to detect systematic errors on a set of lines with introduced displacements, rotations and scale changes. The results show the viability of the method. All the bias effects introduced were detected, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The detection method has the potential to minimize the effects of such displacements in the SDBs. [Termes IGN] valeur aberranteRésumé : (Auteur)Spatial outlier detection is an important research problem that has received much attentions in recent years. Most existing approaches are designed for numerical attributes, but are not applicable to categorical ones (e.g., binary, ordinal, and nominal) that are popular in many applications. The main challenges are the modeling of spatial categorical dependency as well as the computational efficiency. This paper presents the first outlier detection framework for spatial categorical data. Specifically, a new metric, named as Pair Correlation Ratio (PCR), is measured for each pair of category sets based on their co-occurrence frequencies at specific spatial distance ranges. The relevances among spatial objects are then calculated using PCR values with regard to their spatial distances. The outlierness for each object is defined as the inverse of the average relevance between an object and its spatial neighbors. Those objects with the highest outlier scores are returned as spatial categorical outliers. A set of algorithms are further designed for single-attribute and multi-attribute spatial categorical datasets. Extensive experimental evaluations on both simulated and real datasets demonstrated the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed approaches. The data set was screened using a two-level procedure. First, postprocessing information is used to apply range checks and outlier checks to ZTD and formal error estimates. Second, outliers are detected by comparing DORIS ZTD with European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts reanalysis (ERA-Interim) data. These procedures reject 3% and 1% of the data, respectively. A linear drift is evidenced in the screened DORIS ZTD data compared to ERA-Interim and Global Positioning System (GPS) data, which potentially results from biases introduced by the progressive replacement of Alcatel antennas with Starec antennas. The DORIS PW is homogenized by applying a bias correction computed form comparison with ERA-Interim data each time station equipment is changed. The homogenized DORIS data are in excellent agreement with GPS data (correlation of 0.98 and standard deviation of differences of 1.5 kg m−2) and with ERA-Interim and satellite PW data (correlation > 0.95 and standard deviation of differences Numéro de notice : A2014-667 Affiliation des auteurs : LASTIG LAREG+Ext (2012-mi2018) Thématique : POSITIONNEMENT Nature : Article nature-HAL : ArtAvecCL-RevueIntern DOI : 10.1002/2013JD021124 Date de publication en ligne : 16/05/2014 En ligne : http://dx.doi.org/10.1002/2013JD021124 Format de la ressource électronique : URL article Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=78464
