[Termes IGN] image spectraleRésumé : (Auteur) Remote sensing satellite sensors feature a tradeoff between the spatial, temporal, and spectral resolutions. In this paper, we propose an integrated framework for the spatio-temporal-spectral fusion of remote sensing images. There are two main advantages of the proposed integrated fusion framework: it can accomplish different kinds of fusion tasks, such as multiview spatial fusion, spatio-spectral fusion, and spatio-temporal fusion, based on a single unified model, and it can achieve the integrated fusion of multisource observations to obtain high spatio-temporal-spectral resolution images, without limitations on the number of remote sensing sensors. The proposed integrated fusion framework was comprehensively tested and verified in a variety of image fusion experiments. In the experiments, a number of different remote sensing satellites were utilized, including IKONOS, the Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+), the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS), the Hyperspectral Digital Imagery Collection Experiment (HYDICE), and Système Pour l' Observation de la Terre-5 (SPOT-5). The experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method. [Termes IGN] sécurité informatiqueRésumé : (Auteur) The present study examined and compared spatio–temporal interaction of the theft of car parts, shop burglary and motorcycle theft in the central business district (CBD) of the city of Zanjan in Iran. The Knox test was selected to detect spatio–temporal interaction. This test has been criticized as being subjective because the selection of critical distances is arbitrary; thus, a method is proposed to detect critical distances in the Knox test using the mean distance, natural breaks classification of nearest neighbour (NN) distance and Ripley’s k function. Results show obvious differences between the spatio-temporal clusters of the three sets of crimes. They also indicate that changing the spatial cut-offs within a cluster creates different temporal patterns. Of the three criteria for determining critical distances, NN classification based on natural breaks showed more interactions than the other methods. [Termes IGN] exploration de données géographiquesRésumé : (Auteur) Spatiotemporal co-occurrence patterns (STCOPs) represent the subsets of feature types whose instances are frequently co-occurring both in space and time. Spatiotemporal co-occurrences reflect the spatiotemporal overlap relationships among two or more spatiotemporal instances both in spatial and temporal dimensions. STCOPs can be potentially used to predict and understand the generation and evolution of different types of interacting phenomena in various scientific fields such as astronomy, meteorology, biology, geosciences. Meaningful and statistically significant data analysis for these scientific fields requires processing sufficiently large datasets. Due to the computationally expensive nature of spatiotemporal operations required for mining spatiotemporal co-occurrences, it is increasingly difficult to identify spatiotemporal co-occurrences and discover STCOPs in centralized system settings. As a solution, we developed a cloud-based distributed mining system for discovering STCOPs. Our system uses Accumulo, a column-oriented non-relational database management system as its backbone. In order to efficiently mine the STCOPs, we propose three data models for managing trajectory-based spatiotemporal data in Accumulo. We introduce an in-memory join-index structure and a join algorithm for effectively performing spatiotemporal join operations on spatiotemporal trajectories in non-relational databases. Lastly, with the experiments with artificial and real life datasets, we evaluate the performance of the proposed models for STCOP mining.
