[Termes IGN] traitement de données GNSSIndex. décimale : 30.61 Systèmes de Positionnement par Satellites du GNSS Résumé : (Auteur) Permanent GPS reference stations produce observation corrections to be used for cm-accurate relative positioning and they establish the connection to a geodetic reference frame. In order to supply observation corrections for larger areas at minimum costs, the number of reference stations should be as small as possible, but large enough to guarantee cm-accuracy. The solution lies in the precise modeling of the distance and direction dependent errors.
Error modeling based on GPS phase data requires fixing of the carrier phase ambiguities in the network of reference stations. It could be shown, both theoretically and with real observation data, that a two-dimensional linear interpolation algorithm yields mm-accurate corrections if the reference station distances do not exceed 100 km.
However, if regional scale disturbances exist in the ionosphere or in the troposphere, larger errors can be encountered. For the application in Central Europe, it is therefore recommended to limit the reference station distances to some 50 km.
The realization of this positioning concept is performed in two steps. In the first one, the observations of the reference stations are preprocessed and separated into observation correction of one base station and correction models for the distance and direction dependent errors. In the second step, virtual observations of a reference station at a selected position are calculated. They can then be used for the positioning of a rover receiver in baseline mode using existing software.
The processing of various test data sets showed that in Central Europe and with reference station distances of some 50 km, 1cm accurate horizontal coordinates could be obtained within a few minutes. Since the distance and direction dependent errors can almost completely be corrected, the necessary observation time at a rover site is mainly a function of the rover receiver's data quality.Numéro de notice : 46139 Affiliation des auteurs : non IGN Thématique : POSITIONNEMENT Nature : Thèse étrangère Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=58472 Réservation

[Termes IGN] système de référence géodésiqueRésumé : (Auteur) The activities of the IAG Subcommission for Europe (EUREF) in the period July 1999 June 2000 are expressed in the present publication, which includes the proceedings of the annual Symposium held in Tromso in June 2000 as well as the minutes of the meetings of the Technical Working Group of EUREF. The results of this year may be summarised as follows:
The coverage of the area of Europe by GPS campaigns performed under the EUREF standards continued successfully, with the adoption of the Moldavia99 and the Balear98 campaigns. A few gaps still remain, such as Byelorussia and especially the large area of Russia. There is also the case of Ukraine where the campaign has been performed but the results are still not accessible. It is hoped that this situations can be solved in the near future, as it has been expressed by colleagues from those countries who are participating at the symposia. The Subcommission will give all possible support to achieve this goal.
The development of the EUREF Permanent Network is going on. New stations, the diversity of applications, the contribution for important results such as ITRF2000 and the consequent need for increasing the provision of high quality products and services demanded its reorganisation, which as been concretized by the establishment of a central bureau and a coordination group. The geodetic community owes its thanks to all who contribute to this important activity.
Several steps have been made in order to define the European Vertical Reference System (EVRS) taking into account the results of the EUVN and UELN projects, and a first realisation of EVRS has been established under the name of EVRF2000. Concerning UELN, progress is being made in the preparation for a kinematic height network for Europe. The EUVN project is very much close of its completion, with the inclusion in the near future of the tide gauge related information. The Subcommission thanks the EUVN working group and all colleagues and institutions who participate in this difficult task and contribute with data.
The increase of the EUREF community's responsibility originated by the recommendation to the European Commission to adopt the ETRS89 and the results of the EUVN/UELN projects for Europe wide georeferencing and vertical referencing. Besides the responsibility, this fact also shows the importance of our results for the whole georeferencing community and the need for continuing to increase the quality of our products and services.
Summarising, we thank all colleagues for their enthusiastic participation, presentation of papers, posters and oral contributions as well as for their fruitful discussions. Special thanks go to the members of the Technical Working Group who made the important preparatory work and functioned as the thinktank of EUREF.
We express our thanks to the B Bayerische Kommission für die Internationale Erdmessung der B Bayerischen Akademie der Wissenschaften (BEK), who generously sponsored again the printing of the symposium proceedings of this EUREF Subcommission. Finally we thank Mrs. MONIKA BLAGA for her work in preparing the layout of this volume.Note de contenu : Welcome address from the Norwegian Environmental Ministry / K. ELLINGSEN
