[Termes IGN] zone urbaineRésumé : (auteur) During the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the level of urbanization in our country has made considerable progress, and more cities have had development conditions of the rail transit. In order to solve various problems caused by urbanization and optimize the allocation of urban resources, in this paper, the significance of spatial planning in big cities was analyzed from the perspective of land space utilization along with the rail transit. Based on GIS spatial clustering mining technology and combined with the basic characteristics of geographic information system, a GIS spatial mining search model that can solve the spatial land use was proposed. Then, by combining the clustering algorithm of some association rules, the land planning and utilization along the urban rail transit were calculated. The actual case was taken to establish the grid elements along with the rail transit, and the GIS spatial clustering algorithm was used to verify the model. The results show that GIS spatial clustering algorithm can effectively verify and calculate urban rail transit land planning programs. As accurate tropospheric parameters are obligatory in GNSS navigation and GNSS water vapor detection, high-precision modeling of tropospheric parameters has gained widespread attention in recent years. A new approach is introduced to develop an empirical tropospheric delay model named the China Tropospheric (CTrop) model, providing meteorological parameters based on the sliding window algorithm. The radiosonde data in 2017 are treated as reference values to validate the performance of the CTrop model, which is compared to the canonical Global Pressure and Temperature 3 (GPT3) model. The accuracy of the CTrop model in regards to pressure, water vapor pressure, temperature, and weighted mean temperature are 5.51 hPa, 2.60 hPa, 3.09 K, and 3.35 K, respectively, achieving an improvement of 6%, 9%, 10%, and 13%, respectively, when compared to the GPT3 model. Moreover, three different resolutions of the CTrop model based on the sliding window algorithm are also developed to reduce the amount of gridded data provided to the users, as well as to speed up the troposphere delay computation process, for which users can access model parameters of different resolutions for their requirements. With better accuracy of estimating the tropospheric parameters than that of the GPT3 model, the CTrop model is recommended to improve the performance of GNSS positioning and navigation. [Termes IGN] ShenzhenRésumé : (auteur) Understanding the influence mechanisms of dockless bike-sharing usage is essential for land use planning and bike scheduling strategy implementation. Although various studies have been carried out to explore the impact of built environment (BE) factors on bike-sharing usage, few studies have examined the modifiable areal unit problem (MAUP). Moreover, previous studies mainly focused on the separate effect of each factor but neglected the interactions between these factors. Taking Shenzhen, China as the case, this study fills these two gaps by employing the geographical detector method to examine the MAUP in dockless bike-sharing usage as well as the interactive effects of BE factors. The results revealed that the influences of most BE variables are sensitive to the spatial areal units, which have informed urban planners what built-environment factors should be paid more attention to at certain spatial scales. Additionally, through the comparisons between single effect and interactive effect, this study revealed some interesting findings that can provide scientific basis for temporal rebalance strategy for the innovative and high-density metropolis in China. [Termes IGN] plantation forestièreRésumé : (auteur) Tree-crown and height are primary tree measurements in forest inventory. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are a class of neural networks, which can be used in forest inventory; however, no prior studies have developed a CNN model to detect tree crown and height simultaneously. This study is the first-of-its-kind that explored training a mask region-based convolutional neural network (Mask R-CNN) for automatically and concurrently detecting discontinuous tree crown and height of Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb) Hook) in a plantation. A DJI Phantom4-Multispectral Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) was used to obtain high-resolution images of the study site, Shunchang County, China. Tree crown and height of Chinese fir was manually delineated and derived from this UAV imagery. A portion of the ground-truthed tree height values were used as a test set, and the remaining measurements were used as the model training data. Six different band combinations and derivations of the UAV imagery were used to detect tree crown and height, respectively (Multi band-DSM, RGB-DSM, NDVI-DSM, Multi band-CHM, RGB-CHM, and NDVI-CHM combination). The Mask R-CNN model with the NDVI-CHM combination achieved superior performance. The accuracy of Chinese fir’s individual tree-crown detection was considerable (F1 score = 84.68%), the Intersection over Union (IoU) of tree crown delineation was 91.27%, and tree height estimates were highly correlated with the height from UAV imagery (R2 = 0.97, RMSE = 0.11 m, rRMSE = 4.35%) and field measurement (R2 = 0.87, RMSE = 0.24 m, rRMSE = 9.67%). Results demonstrate that the input image with an CHM achieves higher accuracy of tree crown delineation and tree height assessment compared to an image with a DSM. The accuracy and efficiency of Mask R-CNN has a great potential to assist the application of remote sensing in forests. [Termes IGN] utilisation du solRésumé : (auteur) The rapid expansion and unreasonable design of impervious surfaces caused by urbanization have seriously aggravated urban waterlogging. Determining how to optimize the spatial layout of impervious surfaces is the focus of urban waterlogging prevention in urban renewal. The existing urban-renewal methods include constructing low-impact development measures by reducing the area of impervious surfaces or implementing a local high-strength design based on the ant colony algorithm (ACA) from the viewpoint of optimization design. However, these methods have obvious shortcomings in terms of time efficiency, and their optimized design schemes are insufficient at considering the global impervious surface design. Therefore, to address these problems, the study proposes a coupled model of multivariate linear programming and Soil Conservation Service curve number. The model is employed in the central city of Guangzhou, China. The results show, first, that the optimal design of impervious surfaces in urban renewal is to construct a discontinuous connection of high-low-high-density impervious surfaces; second, that, compared with ACA, our method has higher robustness, increases the average optimization rate by 4.48 to 14.00%, and reduces the optimization time over 30 days to 20.8 s; and third, that the optimal results realize the global low-strength transformation as complements of the existing design scheme of local high-strength transformation. This study optimizes methods for alleviating urban waterlogging urban renewal at different scales or intensities.
