The accurate measurement of surfaces' temperatures is facing the lack of knowledge of radiatives properties of the scene. By using multi-sensors instrumentation, the measurement model can be refined to get a better estimate of the temperature. To overcome a lack of sensors instrumentation, it is shown that online and free available climatic data can be used. Then, Bayesian methods to estimate simultaneously the emissivity and temperature have been developed and compared to literature's methods. A radiative exchange simulator of 3D scenes have been developed to compare those different methods on numerical data. This software uses the hardware acceleration as well as a GPGPU approach to reduce the computation time. As a consequence, obtained numerical results emphasized an advanced use of multi-spectral infrared thermography for the monitoring of structures. This simultaneous estimation enables to have an estimate of the temperature by infrared thermography with a known uncertainty. Note de contenu : Introduction

[Vedettes matières IGN] Inventaire forestierRésumé : (auteur) Introduction : The growing demands of society on forests have pushed forward NFIs who had to evolve and adapt over time. However, in a context of forests being at the center of many challenges, reactivated by global changes, this adaptation has been particularly accelerated in recent years. The demands now comes from a broader public (national/international policy makers, industries, environmental organisations, research, people) who is seeking for more information, more precise and easily accessible. In order to respond to these demands, some NFIs are moving from a knowledge tool on forests to a somehow environmental monitoring system. These renewed inventories must be able to easily integrate new (diverse) needs and to be reactive in case of dramatic perturbations (fires, storms, massive dieback). In this context, NFIs must be powerful, responsive and easily adaptable tools. This involves a change in their design, from the sampling plan, to the provision of baseline information through revised estimation techniques using more and more auxiliary information, often derived from remote sensing. The purpose of the communication is to present the innovations implemented or under development in the French inventory to adapt a quite old (now 60 years) tool to this new context.
Materials and methods: The communication will present the recent changes in the French NFI :•sampling design (continuous inventory);•estimators and the use of external data thanks to post-stratification.
Results: We will insist on the search for flexibility of the French NFI design and the information system actually developed :•On the fly production of results via specific tools;•Easy addition, combination of new variables;•Improvement of estimates thanks to new data via post-stratification (DHM);•Derivation of the national tool to specific case (regional) studies : on demand inventories.•Reactivity after events like storms. Conclusion: A NFI is a work in progress, always evolving to address new needs, gain more precision, a finest resolution... at constant or decreasing costs. New solutions have to be found, new auxiliary data have to be mobilised in order to answer the multiple demands. Achieving that necessitate to find or form the future engineers and researchers who will build the next generation of NFIs. This question is crucial in a domain where human resources are rare.Numéro de notice : C2019-062 Affiliation des auteurs : LIF (2012-2019) Thématique : FORET Nature : Communication nature-HAL : ComSansActesPubliés-Unpublished DOI : sans Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=96977 PermalinkUndifferenced zenith tropospheric modeling and its application in fast ambiguity recovery for long-range network RTK reference stations / Dezhong Chen in GPS solutions, vol 23 n° 1 (January 2019)PermalinkValidating and comparing GNSS antenna calibrations / Ulla Kallio in Journal of geodesy, vol 93 n° 1 (January 2019)PermalinkVariational learning of mixture wishart model for PolSAR image classification / Qian Wu in IEEE Transactions on geoscience and remote sensing, vol 57 n° 1 (January 2019)PermalinkAutomatic building rooftop extraction from aerial images via hierarchical RGB-D priors / Shibiao Xu in IEEE Transactions on geoscience and remote sensing, vol 56 n° 12 (December 2018)PermalinkDetection of individual trees in urban alignment from airborne data and contextual information: A marked point process approach / Josselin Aval in ISPRS Journal of photogrammetry and remote sensing, vol 146 (December 2018)PermalinkEstimating forest structural attributes using UAV-LiDAR data in Ginkgo plantations / Kun Liu in ISPRS Journal of photogrammetry and remote sensing, vol 146 (December 2018)PermalinkGénération d'observations pour la validation ou la comparaison de logiciels d'ajustement de mesures par moindres carrés / Stéphane Durand in XYZ, n° 157 (décembre 2018 - février 2019)PermalinkSuper-resolution of Sentinel-2 images : Learning a globally applicable deep neural network / Charis Lanaras in ISPRS Journal of photogrammetry and remote sensing, vol 146 (December 2018)PermalinkThe influence of artificial illumination of invar levelling rods / Štefan Rákay in Geodetski vestnik, vol 62 n° 4 (December 2018 - February 2019)PermalinkGlobal IWV trends and variability in atmospheric reanalyses and GPS observations / Ana-Claudia Bernardes Parracho in Atmospheric chemistry and physics, vol 18 n° 22 ([01/11/2018])PermalinkOn the spatial distribution of buildings for map generalization / Zhiwei Wei in Cartography and Geographic Information Science, Vol 45 n° 6 (November 2018)PermalinkAutomated extraction of 3D vector topographic feature line from terrain point cloud / Wei Zhou in Geocarto international, vol 33 n° 10 (October 2018)PermalinkDeep multi-task learning for a geographically-regularized semantic segmentation of aerial images / Michele Volpi in ISPRS Journal of photogrammetry and remote sensing, vol 144 (October 2018)PermalinkGPS satellite clock determination in case of inter-frequency clock biases for triple-frequency precise point positioning / Jiang Guo in Journal of geodesy, vol 92 n° 10 (October 2018)PermalinkHow to calibrate historical aerial photographs : a change analysis of naturally dynamic boreal forest landscapes / Niko Kulha in Forests, vol 9 n° 10 (October 2018)PermalinkMethod for real-time self-calibrating GLONASS code inter-frequency bias and improvements on single point positioning / Liang Chen in GPS solutions, vol 22 n° 4 (October 2018)PermalinkMethods for quantification of systematic distance deviations under incidence angle with scanning total stations / Miriam Zámečníková in ISPRS Journal of photogrammetry and remote sensing, vol 144 (October 2018)PermalinkAssessment of local GNSS baselines at co-location sites / Iván Herrera Pinzón in Journal of geodesy, vol 92 n° 9 (September 2018)PermalinkDeveloping allometric equations for estimating shrub biomass in a Boreal Fen / Annie He in Forests, vol 9 n° 9 (September 2018)PermalinkEstimation of winter wheat crop growth parameters using time series Sentinel-1A SAR data / P.
