[Termes IGN] mesurage de phaseRésumé : (auteur) Pixel selection is a crucial step of all advanced Differential Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR) techniques that have a direct impact on the quality of the final DInSAR products. In this paper, a full-resolution phase quality estimator, i.e., the temporal phase coherence (TPC), is proposed for DInSAR pixel selection. The method is able to work with both distributed scatterers (DSs) and permanent scatterers (PSs). The influence of different neighboring window sizes and types of interferograms combinations [both the single-master (SM) and the multi-master (MM)] on TPC has been studied. The relationship between TPC and phase standard deviation (STD) of the selected pixels has also been derived. Together with the classical coherence and amplitude dispersion methods, the TPC pixel selection algorithm has been tested on 37 VV polarization Radarsat-2 images of Barcelona Airport. Results show the feasibility and effectiveness of TPC pixel selection algorithm. Besides obvious improvements in the number of selected pixels, the new method shows some other advantages comparing with the other classical two. The proposed pixel selection algorithm, which presents an affordable computational cost, is easy to be implemented and incorporated into any advanced DInSAR processing chain for high-quality pixels' identification. [Termes IGN] système de numérisation mobileRésumé : (Auteur) The management of large infrastructures requires comprehensive knowledge of their characteristics and the elements that constitute them. It is essential to know which elements are involved and where they are located. At the same time also, it is vital to understand the overall geometry. However, it is difficult to obtain this information about underground infrastructures due to their lighting characteristics, hazards, lack of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) signals and time available. In this case, to achieve the required quality in both tasks, the mobile mapping systems that are widely used in large surveys and urban inventories have to be adapted to obtain data in underground conditions. To achieve this, geodesic support is necessary. Therefore, a laser scanning and kinematic photogrammetry survey was carried out to obtain the centimetric precision and complete information that is still used today. This paper presents an adaptation of these systems for use in the Ferrocarril Metropolità de Barcelona. [Termes IGN] visualisation 3DRésumé : (auteur ) Digesting the data hose that cities are constantly producing is complex; data is usually structured with different criteria, which makes comparative analysis of multiple cities challenging. However, the publicly available data from the Spanish cadaster contains urban information in a documented format with common semantics for the whole territory, which makes these analyses possible. This paper uses the information about the 3D geometry of buildings, their use and their year of construction, stored in cadastral databases, to study the relation between the built environment (what the city is) and the urban plan (what the city wants to become), translating the concepts of the cadastral data into the semantics of the urban plan. Different representation techniques to better understand the city from the pedestrians’ point of view and to communicate this information more effectively are also discussed. [Termes IGN] réseau routierRésumé : (Auteur) Current research on urban growth is witnessing a division between understanding urban phenomenon as an end product of underlying processes and assumption-based computational modelling. To bridge the gap, there is a need to seek evidence that solidifies any assumptions made about growth dynamics. For this purpose, we attempt to outline invariants in the historical evolution of two urban structures; Manhattan and Barcelona. By modelling changes on the street elements and the clusters they form, we mark invariants that expose self-organisational patterns similar to those in reaction-diffusion dynamics. While it is difficult to verify the role of these invariants in the organised behaviour of urban complexity, their very presence marks one of the defining characteristics for urban pattern recognition.
